So this 7-11 is in a great location, is fairly new looking, and seems safe. Pros-I love the car wash! It's newer so it really seems to give my car a thorough wash for the base price, lots of pumps and I've never seen any closed for service, and anytime I've gone inside the actual 7-11 convenience store part, it's been clean, well stocked, and I've experienced really friendly employees. 7-11 also gives you a really good discount for gas if you sign up for their rewards program. Cons- the pumps don't take chip cards and the card I prefer to use (a chip card but I've used the magnetic strip before so I know it works) won't work in any of their pumps so I have to use my bank card which is not my favorite thing to do. Also, (and this is Charlotte, so it really could happen anywhere here) someone was shot and killed there at 10 in the morning recently which is disconcerting.At any rate, I still go here and think it's way better than the gas station closest to me.

This store is ran by little kids everytime I come in this store they always talking with their buddies or someone warm food shelves are always empty in the morning drinks in the freezers are always half empty the whole store is half empty and dirty need better management around this store

The place is filthy and covered with litter, the squeegee buckets are empty, several pumps are covered in bags not working, and several others appear to be working but are actually not. This is not new. I will not stop here again.

11 pm on a Wednesday and the doors are locked with no sign on the door as to why. The employees are wandering around aimlessly inside. I waited about 5 minutes and watched 5 other customers try the door unsuccessfully while I wrote this.

You need to stop hiring entitled children to run this store. It's 1:41am on Friday night/Saturday morning, and again, this store is closed for so-called "cleaning" when the employee here is doing everything else but cleaning. It's a disgrace. It's also 20° out right now, and he has people sitting outside waiting for him to open the door. Unbelievable

This 7 eleven is so filthy and dirty. Counters are dirty. Drink and coffee machines always empty . There is trash on the floor. When they first opened up it was all nice but don’t know what happened. Very disappointed every time I go there.

Must be the dirtiest 7-eleven in the area. Trash cans overflowing. Trash in the parking lot all over the place. Inside, floor was disgusting. Brought this up to the employee working who didn’t seem to care.
