Products are easy to find & usually in stock. Customer service could be a bit better. I prefer an actual cashier vs. selfcheck. Greeting customer is very important, not just telling them the total.

This is the usual grocery store I go to, for everything, however today I stopped in and there was animal feces in the floor, much to my shock, which is absolutely disgusting. Animals (outside of certified, trained service animals) have NO BUSINESS being in a grocery store. It had been stepped in as well and just left there. Upon informing an employee, they acted like I had just ruined their day, looked at it and walked off, finished my shopping maybe 30 mins later and it was still there.

I have food delivered quite often. Never has my order been wrong. Its here when the emails says or they send you an email as when to expect it. I think they are awesome, and they help me alot.

As somebody with five different mental illnesses, it is very hard for me to back my own groceries and this Walmart absolutely fails at customer service. I will never go back to the store ever again as I've been treated multiple times horribly to the point where I've had panic attacks just to bag my freaking groceries. I know it sounds lame but it's a reality for me. I don't know why it stresses me out and I was told at this store that they had to company policy open up a register if asked. The clerk was an absolute jerk and told me there was no way he was opening up a register. I do not get paid by Walmart to bag Walmart groceries. Not to mention all of the lawsuits coming out about self-checkout and cops knocking on your door 2 weeks later because they accuse you of stealing when you just made a mistake. I would stay away from these Walmarts. There are some that are good and there are some that are bad and this one to me takes the Cake as one of the worst Walmarts I have ever been into and I have traveled this country and been into a hundred different Walmarts. If you don't like or cannot mentally bag groceries because of the stress or anxiety that it causes, I suggest not coming here.

95% of the time, my delivery is delivered to the wrong address when a note clearly says where to deliver my items to! The drivers are 3rd party so not a lot Walmart can do. I do a delivery order every week for a substantial amount and this is not acceptable when you have milk, ice cream, meat etc that needs to be refrigerated asap! ?????? See pic, NOT MY DRIVEWAY!

I have been shopping here since the store opened and after I was accused of not scaning my cases of water, I will never go back the lady watchign self check was watching me scan my items. I get almot done with order and she said you did not scan the waters, I said yes I did you seen me that was the first 3 things I scan, she said I dont' see it on my handheld. Than she let it go but I had to have my recpit checked to make sure they where on it cause she has my child upset, he thought we stole and I said No i scaned those. Why have self check if you are worried about peopoel stealing, Any given time I can walk the isle and find stuff that is open and missing.

The dark skinned lady that always works customer service is so disgustingly rude!! Nearly the entire staff aside from the auto care center, fire arm center and the greeters are so disgustingly rude. I hate shopping there and try to avoid this store like the plague plague
