Wonderful people to work with. Christy is absolutely FANTASTIC, I have worked with her for years and never once had a complaint! :) Olivia in Customer Service is so helpful and kind, its a breath of fresh air working with such wonderful people! First off, I'll say they were nice to speak to on the phone, and did seem to care genuinely. After two attempts to get me leg with square top blocks (necessary for joining to aprons), they failed. The first attempt is shown in the photo. The second was better, but the faces were rounded (convex), as they sand the unturned parts on a leg, which knocks the block parts out of square. The owner suggested that I sand all the convex faces with an orbital to fix them (they are already no longer square - how will I make them square again with an orbital sander? Can I add to the faces?) For this, he gave me 10% off, and let me keep the first set of defective, horribly out of square legs. The turning part was beautifully done, but that doesn't matter if my top blocks aren't square and flat. Very disappointed.

Their great. They have any type of corbel, bar bracket and legs you could ask for. The do any type of custom work as well. Call and ask for Christy, GW or Madison.
