“I'll be honest...I have no idea what the negative reviews are on this store. I'm an EXTREMELY hard customer to please. I have an impossible standard and these guys always seem to meet it. Give them a chance but most of these bad reviews seem more like it UPS Logistics and not UPS Store related. They ARE 2 totally different brands of UPS”
