They do an amazing job, I unfortunately was on vacation when my pet passed away so when I got back her custom made box with her name on it and her paw print I was really happy.

Leaving this review so others will know . I so hate that Tina Rollins and pww went separate ways,Tina was the backbone of this company she started a few years ago and it will never ever be the same, corporate ruins a lot and definitely ruined this place, I picked up 3 animals I had there last Fri after hearing she had left,it was at the close of business so my bags were sitting there ready to go ,I didn't look inside ,I just grabbed them and left, goi g up the road one bag tipped over and out came a bag of ashes, something I wasn't used to seeing. Tina is getting me her urn s but to see this I was appalled, all 3 bags were like this, I called back to their office and Jason was like isn't Tina getting ur urns,I said yes but u can't put them in some temporary till then? So they closed for the weekend and I call back and speak to a lady in Charlotte, she said they should never left there like that and I agree . So Kevin is supposed to call me on mon but huday so it was Tuesday and at 2.00 pm still no call, I called him and needless to say I wasn't nice and all he could do was apologized so I'm sorry but that wasn't good enough for me, Ashley called next round and offered to get temp urns till Tina gets mine, and I went to get them and that's what should had happened in the beginning but didn't. I just want the people that depended on Tina realize this place won't be the same ever, other options r out there so check around, the prices have skyrocket and I do understand prices have on everything but it's not the company it should be! It's all about money it seems like so look around.!

Whatever you do do not give this place your business. When we lost our fur baby I was inconsolabe but Tina Rollins made the pain I felt a little more bearable. She understood and was so compassionate. I cannot believe they let her go. She made and was this business and I for one will never go back. I can only hope she opens up another business of her own. I truly believe God placed a calling in her heart to help those of us deal with the grief and loss of a dear friend, companion, and pet. No doubt it was all about the money and I am sure this group could care less about helping people the way Tina did.

This place is not like it use to be. You can tell by just walking in the door the vibes are different. I always used this place when Memory Keepers started. Tina was such a help with me losing all the cats I’ve lost. I have a personal rescue so unfortunately I used the crematory services often. She made my losses a little easier just by being there. Showing she cared. Since this other company came in and took over and let Tina go, things have not been the same. Now the process is unbelievable. They put my fur ones paw print on a cheap half piece of printer paper and threw it in the bag. They lack professionalism. They lack empathy. It’s a difference in day and night. Their prices went up a lot. That says to me they are all about the money and could care less about their customers and our loss. I’m done! They’ve made changes for the worse. They will no longer get my business!

I had a rabbit that I have had for 9 years, He was very special to me. I will be moving so that I can take care of my mother, I wanted to take my rabbit with me but I didn't know where to take him to be cremated, I called Bass Smith funeral home and someone there told me about Tina, Tina called me and I took my rabbit to her, she treated me with kindness and respect, I greatly appreciate that. I love the little box that she had put him in. If anything was to happen to one of my dogs I would take them there, I love my fur babies and I know Tina would treat them too with respect. May god bless Tina and her family and anyone who has lost a fur baby.

I'm about 1 year late in writing this review. The loss of our little baby was one of the most difficult periods of my life. Spunky was a very special little girl who is still thought about every day. For nearly 12 years, she was with us everywhere that we went. People may have many pets over the course of their lives, but there is always one that stands out, always one that is just different, always one that is special. Spunky was mine. With that being said, when looking into pet cremation services near me, calling and reading several reviews, Memory Keepers stood out to me. Specifically, as they have an on-site crematorium, I knew that there was no chance of remains being mixed up (I've read some horror stories). After talking to Tina, I knew immediately that she was the one to handle this final trip that Spunky would take. I made the arrangements in the morning and then my wife and I brought Spunky over that evening. We spent close to an hour in a private viewing room with her before we said goodbye. When Spunky was cremated, Tina wrapped her in her favorite blanket and put her favorite toy between her front paws. Tina made a footprint impression, trimmed some hairs from the little white patch on Spunky's chest, and placed her remains in a custom wooden urn with her name on it.I believe that Tina is an amazing woman who showed a level of love, care, and respect for us and our baby, that went far beyond my expectations. I can't recommend her enough. And, yes, when we travel, little Spunky still goes with us.

This is NOT the same company asMemory Keepers. Paws Whiskers andWags has bought Memory Keepersand has changed everything that itwas. Notice how all the Memory Keepers Info has been removed from the website. It is now a corporate profit driven business, on the surface they look/act like they care. Don't befooled! Check their pricing, it has wentup significantly! Almost $200 for a4lbs animal with a clay paw print. When Memory Keepers first openedthey were the only local option andwere affordable. I highly suggest youshop around, there are other optionslocally with better pricing! Don't eventhink about having your equine cremated there! In response to your reply. You are mistaken, it isn’t the fact that you have changed since merging with Memory Keepers. It is the fact that you have changed everything about Memory Keepers. Even your new website and logo doesn’t show anything about Memory Keepers or Tina who owned, and then managed the location. Also I have no desire to meet or email with the ‘manager’ at PWW.

This is not the same company anymore, Paws Whiskers and Wags purchased Memory Keepers about a year ago and the new name was Paws Whiskers and Wags-Memory Keepers. Well now if you notice on their website they have removed all things related to Memory Keepers and the former owner/manager Tina. That's because they have told Tina that they don't want or need her anymore. So if you were a customer of Memory Keepers this is your warning, it is NOT the same company. Prices have went up significantly, when management was asked why the increase the regional management response, "do they want the best or the cheapest". Funny thing Memory Keepers was the best and the cheapest for two years before PWW was around. There are now other (better) options in the area, I highly suggest you do your research and then decide.

The day after Thanksgiving, we had to have our beloved cat, Zoey, put to sleep due to mouth cancer. This absolutely broke our hearts. I still can't stop crying. She was my shadow and slept on me every night. I miss her so badly it hurts. After Zoey went to sleep forever, she was taken to Paws, Whiskers & Wags. We trusted them to do the right thing by her...and they did. When she came home to us, she was placed in a beautiful box ... which is what we expected; however, the additional items will be treasured forever! We received a pamphlet regarding Grieving the loss of a pet! It was very helpful. A paw print and muzzle print. A heart to plant in her memory. Support group information. A certificate. What touched me the most, though, was the vial that held three colors of her fur. I will always remember the thoughtfulness of this company in providing us with the gentlest way we could possibly have in parting with our beloved Zoey. They are amazing.

My heart was broken when little dog of 13 years passed away ...I could not stand the thought of burying her she hated to be cold . I talk to Tina at Memory Keepers she was so sympathetic to my loss ...she comforted me and assured me they would take great care of my baby. Terry a trusted staff member there told me he would treat her like she was his baby tooo....They did a wonderful job making a memorial that's beautiful.i love knowing she is still with me even oh she is gone ....her picture is etched in the top and they saved me a clipping of her hair in a little vile and her paw prints on her certificate....it really is lovely ...It was so affordable I could hardly believe it ....Thank you so much Tina and staff for the care you have shown . 5 starrs I highly recommend

Tina done a excellent job for my precious Pebbi and took great care to make sure she was treated with the upmost respect. My baby girl was with me for 16.5 years and I loved her so much. My heart still breaks because she is not here any longer, but thankfully i'll be able to take her with me where ever I go, because she is not buried in some back yard. I plan to have her ashes buried with me when my time on earth is over and I know I will see her on that Rainbow Bridge one day.

When my beloved 13 year old dog passed, I had no idea who would be handling her remains. Within three days, I received notice from the vet’s that her remains were ready. Boy am I truly grateful the vet’s used Memory Keepers Pet Cremation Services. When I opened the bag, I saw the beautiful, simple wooden urn with her name in cursive on the front. I also saw something else I never knew I wanted. Memory Keepers provided a certificate of cremation ensuring me that my baby girl was well taken care of. What cements this to be true is the fact that they took the time to paw print and nose print my girl on the certificate. It’s not over. They even provided a small vial of her hair in the pattern that she was. These small gifts are truly a comfort. Thank you kindly Memory Keepers!

After a brief battle with chronic kidney failure, we had to say goodbye to our “little boy” Otis just before his 13th birthday. It was a very tough decision for us and we are so thankful that we reached out to Tina Rollins (Memory Keepers Pet Cremation Services, LLC) and Dr. Laura Pearson (Caring Concepts Mobile Veterinary Hospice and Euthanasia Service PLLC). Tina and Dr. Laura’s comfort and compassion towards us and Otis made our decision much more tolerable. Although Otis had lost nearly two-thirds of his body weight, both Tina and Dr. Laura commented on what a beautiful kitty he was.We were able to spend the final moments with Otis in a very relaxing and comforting atmosphere provided by Tina at Memory Keepers Pet Cremation Services. Dr. Laura was kind and compassionate as she gracefully escorted Otis into eternal peace. She made a paw print in a clay setting as a keepsake and allowed us to hold Otis throughout the entire procedure and for as long as we wanted afterwards. Dr. Laura even mailed us a card expressing her sympathy in the loss of our sweet Otis.Tina performed Otis’ cremation with the utmost dignity and respect. Along with his remains in a beautiful photo urn with dates, she included a vile of hair clippings and whiskers, a Pet’s Peace card, and a certificate with his nose and paw print.Although we (including his brother and best friend Milo) are still saddened losing Otis, we are overjoyed that we found such caring and compassionate people in Tina and Dr. Laura. On a scale of 1-5, Tina and Dr. Laura are both 10!! We will definitely recommend them to others and when the time comes we will seek their services again.

The most compassionate dog lover I have ever met. Tina treats your beloved pet like she would her own. I've known her for over 30 years and she is the best?❤?
