I purchased my car here in 2016. I never met the manager & never worked with anyone except a sales lady. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. I had cash in hand, had done the research on the vehicle including a carfax report. I test drove the car for about 45 minutes, took it to Advance auto & made sure there were no codes that had been cleared recently, came back to the dealership, they washed and waxed the car while I paid and signed paperwork and then I left with my car. I am still driving the car today over 80,000 miles later. It has never broken down on me, never needed major repairs & the staff member that I dealt with was excellent. She even called me about 4 weeks later to make sure that everything was still going great with my vechicle. I'm sad to see the other reviews are so negative because I had a wonderful experience here & I honestly came back to the page because I wanted to see if they were still in business. I plan to keep the car I purchased here previously but my husband & I were looking for an suv to take on trips and I was thinking of seeing what they had in their inventory. I hope that new management has helped with the issues that some people had, I guess I got very lucky that I had done my research.

If I could rate Granite Motor Co and it's manager Brent negative stars I would. Brent is a pathological liar. Do not do business with him. He will say anything to make a sale and will do nothing to help you if you bought a car with issues he knows about.

He sold me a car under false pretenses. He told me he was the only owner and used it as his daily driver and for many long road trips to visit his mother. He told me he had maintained the truck meticulously. The truck looked clean and fairly priced so I bought it. Later on after I cleaned the truck, I found an old registration slip with a Mexican woman’s name on it.
An hour after I drove the truck off the lot it started stalling every time I came to a stop. It also had strange electrical issues (lights wouldn’t shut off, battery dying, etc). I called him and he agreed that he would cover the problems by either paying my mechanic, or sending his mechanic to work on it. After 4 days of diagnostic work and back and forth communication Brent insisted that his mechanic work on it, to which I agreed. His mechanic never showed up. Brent has stonewalled me ever since. He has not return my calls nor my text messages, complete radio silence.
