The stuff is very rude. Now you have to leave a message for the pharmacy, you can’t directly speak to a pharmacist. I had a sick child with me an had to wait another 30 min for medicine. I will no longer be going to CVS on Hudson NC.

With change in insurance my preferred pharmacy is now CVS. OMG, I am so disgusted with the Hudson Pharmacy. In January I had a message from CVS that I had prescriptions ready for pick up I did need a few things. CVS FILLED PRESCRIPTIONS I DID NOT NEED. I went into store and asked that they not fill that particular prescription again until I asked for it. Has a text from CVS Hudson I had prescriptions ready to pick up, I was out of town, my partner picked up at drive through. When I arrived home I open the package and CVS HAS AGAIN REFILLED AVPRESCRIPTION I DO NOT NEED. I NOW HAVE A 9 MONTH, YES 9 MONTHS, SUPPLY OF ONE MED. THEY ALSO FILLED ANOTHER TWO MEDS I DID NOT NEED AND I DIDNT ASK THAT IT BE REFILLED. I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ASKED THAT ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS BE REMOVED FROM AUTO-REFILL.
THE OTHER THING CVS DOES IS TEXT THAT A PRESCRIPTION IS READY FOR PICK UP. I PICK UP, GET HOME TO FIND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ONLT A SMALL PORTION OF THE PRESCRIPTION. IT'S NOT LIKE CVS IS NEXT DOOR, I DRIVE FROM GRANITE FALLS TO THE HUDSON STORE ON 321. SO I'M FORCED TO MAKE TWO TRIPS.
TODAY AT WINDOW I ASKED THE YOUNG WOMAN TO MARK MY FILE DO NOT DO PARTIAL FILLS, I ONLY WANT TO DRIVE THERE ONE TIME TO PICK UP.
THE YOUNG BLONDE WOMAN STARTED SMIRKING ABOUT MY REQUEST. ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I HATE THE POOR SERVICE. CERTAINLY NOT LIKE WALGREENS OR EVEN THE WALMART PHARMACY.

Went to get a drink, the manager was a COMPLETE jerk because I miss heard her, choose Walgreens right down the street.

Good clean store, just only has the self checkout registers open in store. So if you need assistance with those, you'll have to wait a while for help. The pharmacy is excellent, good, cheerful staff, prompt service at the pharmacy.

I’ve been trying to get a prescription transferred to Walgreens since 10 o’clock this morning due to cvs not having it in stock?. I went up to cvs and they told me what I needed to do to transfer it and I did it all. I waited at wallgreens till 11 am and they said cvs hasn’t accepted there transfer. I have been calling since 2 o’clock and it is now 6:25 and still waiting on an answer. I’m sick and need medication. 10am - 6:30 pm is more than enough time to transfer paper work.i just went to cvs to see what is going on and waited in the line for 15 mins and when I get to the window they say they are closed at 7:00 and can’t call Walgreens. I call Walgreens and see if there is anything we could do and they reassured me they have been calling cvs all day that they would not answer and wouldn’t do a verbal on a fax. Very unprofessional when people are sick and need medication. This is exactly what cvs is for and they are failing majorly

Worst pharmacy if you need your prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Expected wait time is 23 hours. Good luck.

This CVS use to be my go to but I’d say the last four or five months have been a joke. They willschedule your meds to be filled and then not bother telling you they are out of stock when you go to pick them up. More than less of the employees are extremely rude and assuming when they have no idea why people are taking some of the meds they are. It’s none of their business. If my Dr puts me on a medication because he/she believe that I need it, end of story. Your job is to fill the meds in a timely manner and treat ALL your customers the same. It’s not just happening to me. I know numerous people who have complained about the same things over the last couple months. I spend a lot of money in store and on my prescriptions but they will be losing me as a customer.

Normally I love this pharmacy and never have any problems until yesterday, was out of my meds and then was treated rudely when trying to get my prescription sent to another pharmacy. Was told to have the other pharmacy do it, "that's how it works" I get it but geeze I'm not a pharmacist and I don't know how everything works ??♀️ Hoping this was just one time occurrence. It's not the customer's fault if you hate your job.

Never have any problems. Nice newly paved parking lot. Nice drive through. Super nice people and self checkout if you're in a hurry.
