I was very skeptical about obtaining a storage unit here at first. I had a bad experience with the one located on Queens Creek Road. But, these ladies have been absolutely wonderful. Their always so pleasant, and that means so much nowadays. Thank you for kindness. Also, the prices are reasonable as well. ??

Spoke with Amy and she made the process very simple. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.
Only complaint is the gate code issue. I have tried going to the storage unit Saturday and Sunday to get in but my code will not work, this has really inconvenienced us since we are only able to get things moved in on the weekend. Hopefully this will be resolved next weekend.

Shadia was very helpful throughout the whole process and was always available to answer all my questions even after hours she got back to me quick. She’s very nice and respectful. Prices are fair and the areas around the unit were clean. I would definitely recommend and will use them again if I need to.
