Unfortunately my experience with this office and U'Haul in general was horrible. They messed up my reservation for Saturday, leaving me Sunday to unload a storage unit BY MYSELF (a 61 yr old woman) and move everything in a day. The man at the desk helped me figure the mileage (HE reduced it for me) and later in the week they charged my credit card 90.00, without a phone call, a text or an e-mail. NOTHING. They bounced my electric payment. I will never use them again, and make sure I pass on my experience to anyone who asks. I am so disappointed in them. I chose them because of military commitment.

My name is Leo I recently missed placed my wallet I thought I lost it at my storage unit at about 6:45pm the lady on staff miss rose was extremely kind she even came over to my unit to see if she could be helpful gave good advice and sad she would say a prayer. Out of all the Military moves I’ve done the staff and service from Semper-Fi Vehicle & Self Storage is by far the best experience I’ve ever had! I went to the location on Hwy 172 and by far the Friendliest and helpful staff! Thank you for making everything so easy for me!!! 5 out of 5

I was in a pinch for a storage for my house hold goods and two vehicles before heading to Okinawa for 3 years. I called Semper Fi storage and they took amazing care of my family and I on short notice. Tim Carr (owner) kept in contact with me on a regular basis ensuring I had everything I needed and even came to my home to pick up one of my vehicles on his trailer. I used their scales for my last move and also rented a truck. Every time they have professional and extremely friendly! I lost the weight tickets from my first trip and they quickly took care of me and made a duplicate. Jessica is the best!
