“I have used Wayne's Service Center since 2010. I always have a good experience every time. Wayne and his staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Wayne tells you exactly what your vehicle needs for repairs and parts. He does not upsell. I get my oil changes and state inspections there. My 18-year-old Toyota Tundra still runs great because Wayne has caught several early signs of parts starting to fail before they became critical costly repairs. He also provides a towing service for the local area and is fair with that too.”
“Took my truck in for exhaust work and they had an issue with the tech not coming into work. I was told when I made the appointment that it would take about 4 hours. With that in mind I scheduled an appointment with DMV for 3 pm. When the tech hadn't shown up by 10:30, Ryan arranged for another location to do the work. Around 1:30 I called to find out the status and was told it would be around 4:30 before it would be done. I explained my situation and Bubba stepped up to the plate and loaned me his car. All was was taken care of and I made it to my appointment. Thanks Ryan and Bubba!”

This is not a fifteen minute job - they take their time and do a great job. Corey worked on my F-150 and is outstanding! Went back over my truck on his own and re-vacuumed spots he found inside before turning vehicle back over to me. Lots of car washes in Jacksonville bit none better than these guys.”
