They do not pick up on time, once as late as 5 days late! They have without warning or notice taken our recycling bin. They are not worth the money. I smell a law suit brewing, due to their dishonesty.

Good service till this month 12-2018. Received lette atr beging of Dec. that M&W was selling the Sneads Ferry route to Waste industries due to health of owner. Too bad.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They have missed my neighborhood multiple times, have called and asked about it and they said the workload is overwhelming for the workers. The guy who is supposed to come out every Monday is overworked and missing houses.
