Have been here multiple times for my desktop and everytime he has been helpful and understanding. Instead of just telling me he'll look at it he will show me what he is doing and help me understand parts of my computer I can easily repair at home myself...I have very little knowledge of computer hardware. Super friendly and extremely helpful. A diamond in a small hidden area and definitely worth going to for all repairs. Sticking with the guy for all my repairs even started calling him my computer guy.

Got quoted $400 for repairs and assured that my cell battery was done for by 'established' companies in Jacksonville.
Took a shot at a local company here in Hubert.
He had me up and running in about 5 minutes. No charge, since it didn't require repairs. My battery is perfectly healthy.

Everything about the business that Brian is operating is great. My phone screen broke, so after calling multiple places around the Jacksonville area I found EC wireless and its very affordable pricing. Took the phone to him and he got it fixed in a few days, faster than most of the other businesses I called. Furthermore, Brian's shop's atmosphere is relaxing, and you can talk to him with ease and he can explain the issue with your device(s). He gave me some great life advice outside of just electronics as well. All in all, the prices are affordable, Mr. Hoy is friendly, social, and honest, and you can trust that your device(s) is/are in good hands.

Questionable business practices. I brought an iPad in that needed to be fixed. After 6 months the work still wasn’t completed. The owner requested to delay my refund until he has his money back for parts, stating “he didn’t have the money.” He eventually relented after a friction filled conversation. It’s too bad prior to this event he seemed nice. I like supporting small businesses, unless process and professionalism adjust, I would avoid seeking service from this establishment.

I had a non cell phone issue. Specifically a pool robot cleaner that was having issues. The cleaner was $800 new, and the shop helped me decide on repair or replacement. In the end, I replaced the pool cleaner, but it was based on the electronic troubleshooting of my current robot. Really helpful and knowledgeable shop.

Yesterday my daughter was having a crisis after dropping her phone at her grandma's house, so I started Googling & found EC Wireless. I called and he was very understanding. Today they took in the phone & it came out like brand-new saved me alot of money by replacing the screen rather than having to buy a new one. Thank you!

I woke up this morning and my phone was dead. Could not turn it on. After panicking and going to another store that said it would take 2 weeks to fix my phone, I finally found EC Wireless. The owner, Brian, is the coolest guy in Hubert with funny jokes and a world of knowledge about fixing computers, iPads and phones. He tinkered around with my phone and in less than 15 minutes, he fixed it! I am so grateful and happy to find Brian’s shop and will definitely highly recommend his services to everyone!!

Dishonest. Charged me $200 to reinstall IOS and replace my laptops battery. He sent me home with instructions on how to finish uploading and I had to drive back an hour later. Told me when the battery came in he would call. I called him 2 weeks later and he said it hadn’t arrived yet. It’s been a month now and no call. I blame myself for agreeing to pay that much in the first place and for paying in advance.

This business is 100% reliable, honest, and affordable. I'll be taking all my electronic device problems his way and tell everyone I know to go here to get their devices fixed. from start to finish I couldn't have had a better experience or service than I received from this repair store EC Wireless. They refuse to rip a customer off (me) and are honest with the answers to the questions you ask even if they know they are going to miss out on making money.My story:While I was at work a coworker knocked my phone out of my hand and completely busted the screen on my brand new phone which made me extremely upset for lack of a better word. This same coworker told me about this small little mom and pop repair store that is located out where we lived. I went to ec wireless on Friday July 29 2022 and explained what had happened and if he could help me. My phones flashlight would come if I shook it back and forth like it was turned on however the screen would stay black ( not light up or show a single thing. It was like I never turned it on). The man behind the counter, Brian ( the owner/operator) explained to me that the phone itself was fine (worked) but the screen was completely broken aka a lost cause. After he did some searching online he told me flat out that it would be cheaper for me to go back to my provider and get a new phone ( I had insurance on it) instead of just doing the work and charging me an arm and a leg for him to do it himself. He did mention that if I did get a new phone and it was the same make and model he could go in and swap the motherboard over so that my new phone would be just like my old phone and be as if nothing ever happened. So I went to my provider and got the exact same phone just like he said to do and took it to him so he could change the boards over. It only took this man about 30mins max to go thru and swap the boards over and to be sure it was like nothing had ever happened to my phone all the apps were there pictures everything. A lifesaver to say the least. On top of being honest with me he only charged me 60 bucks to swap the boards over.The nutshell:If you want fast and reliable service from a place that is honest with you about how you should go about fixing your phone/computer/tablet/whatever this is the place to go to. He could have easily told me "yes I can fix your phone no problem" and charge me a price that was more expensive than going to my provider but he didn't he gave me an honest answer knowing he just talked himself out of money. What he didn't know was that he just made a customer for life. being honest is a thing that is lacking in this area but this company nailed it. If you have an issue with you electronic device I strongly suggest you go by EC Wireless and see what they have to say.

I brought my newly built computer to him and he helped with my very small but overlooked issue, it's nice to have someone who isn't a big corporation and also is very knowledgeable. I would recommend going here with any problems because he actually cares about the community.
