“I have used Wayne's Service Center since 2010. I always have a good experience every time. Wayne and his staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Wayne tells you exactly what your vehicle needs for repairs and parts. He does not upsell. I get my oil changes and state inspections there. My 18-year-old Toyota Tundra still runs great because Wayne has caught several early signs of parts starting to fail before they became critical costly repairs. He also provides a towing service for the local area and is fair with that too.”

As in the 1 star review that was left for the store approx 1 month ago, believe that Mr Bogue actually had a issue with advanced auto parts from his review that is next door to this autozone store in Midway park. Possibly the autozoner who replied should have reread the review as the autozone customer service at this location is great. Maybe they can get Mr Bogue as a commercial customer if advancedcauto wants to treat him like that. Again autozone thank you for your support for this veteran and military community and keep up the great work we would like to see the 1star review corrected if possible to keep up the great morale so please let customers know the review was for the incorrect store completely.”
“A month ago, I brought my beat up Sprinter to this shop and ended up hanging out with the front desk woman for a minute talking about tacos and LA.
Owner gave me the bad news that the parts are scattered around the country and some are in Canada. He did me a favor, printed out the info and wished me luck. I thanked him for his time.
Today, I backed out of my garage and broke my side mirror on my brand new truck. I started looking up the cost of the side mirror and was so frustrated at myself for damaging my own truck. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, funny and her customer service skills are solid.
Owner came out to check it out and fixed it. I have some cracks but it’s alright.
He is my go to from now on. Hopefully I don’t need him but the guy is truly an honest and caring individual. Thank you so much!!”

“I thought I left a review a while back but I guess not. 1000% satisfied with the turnaround time, the customer service and the products it’s self. I missed my appointment time and they were still able to work around the schedule to get me in same day even though the error was on my end. I had Bed liner put in my new truck and bought a Retrax bed cover and have not had any issues. Looking at the details of the Berliner, I can tell they took their time and did it right. Will be calling them to (hopefully) install some side steps for me.”
