Really i wanted to rate them NEGATIVE 200!!!
They keep leaving my meds in mail box. They should not get over 70 degrees. I checked temp in my mailbox. It was 102 today! I have asked postmaster many times and driver I spoke to personally, to bring medications to my house. Not done it in a year so far!!! The Horse Shoe Postal Service is NOT friendly or helpfu!!!!!!!

Most helpful, professional and all-around pleasant post office staff I’ve experienced, as a customer, in a very long time. When you need something shipped you don’t always have to go to a pack-n-ship place. USPS Horseshoe is a gem!

I recently had an important package show up as delivered. It wasn't to my address though.I rushed to the post office after work hoping they could help. Kerstan helped me track down the location, and even drove 15 minutes after hours to my street.She checked all the close mailboxes to no avail. We resorted to knocking on the doors. After the 3rd attempt we found a young lady that had indeed gotten my package. Kerstan went way above and beyond! Thank You!

I live in Laurel Park and always go to this post office to do my mail. Nicest lady helps me, she makes it very easy and worry free!

This post office makes up their own rules. They decide if a person is home, if the customer requests an item to be held, if a package is too large to be delivered. Completely unpleasant experiences over and over

This was a wonderful post office visit. The tellers were friendly and helpful. The woman working saw my service dog and offered a treat and then as were waiting outside she came and offered water. We should all be so kind. Thank you for going beyond service.

Super nice staff. I had a package that had to go to a foreign destination and had no idea how to do it right. A very patient postal clerk led me step by step through the forms and information required. Kudos to this post office branch.

Very friendly staff here. Same employees for years it seems. There is hardly ever a wait here. This is where I go. Nice little country post office. There's even a pond and a stream across from the P.O. where you can even relax for a few if you need.
