Male pharmacist is disrespectful and condescending to Veterans. Wouldn't fill my prescription. Had to report it to the VA and get my prescription filled at the VA Pharmacy.

I was asked why I came in the store if I was sick. Because it's a pharmacy, that's the majority of your customers. If she was concerned about her health, she should've been wearing a mask or looking for another job. I was trying to be mindful of how I spoke to her even when she was rude to me for absolutely no reason. I walked outside and waited for my boyfriend to finish the transaction.

I have been very pleased with this CVS. The pharmacy is run very well. The staff are very helpful. Even though they aren't the closest pharmacy, I will continue to use them.

This review only is only about the sweet Pharmacist who was working there ALONE today. I want to give corporate CVS 1 star for allowing this to happen to him. The RxD, Curtis is so friendly and helpful. Although he was working by himself, he was patient, friendly and kind. There was a line, the phone ringing and not one tech there to help him. Many kudos to Curtis for his positive attitude during this staff shortage he is dealing with. I hope everyone is patient and kind in return as he is doing his very best under his work conditions. Now on to email corporate about this nonsense…

I tried to go pick up my medication today. The pharmacist had just put up a closed sign and was still standing at the register. The lady in front of me said “oh no can you please help this lady she just got her newborn and 2 year old out of the car.” The pharmacists very rudely said we’re closed and walked off. It was either stand there for 30 mins with a 2 year old and newborn or leave and hope I don’t get any sicker before I can get back with my kids. I guess if I had skipped getting a buggy I might have made it in time. Needless to say I’ll find a different pharmacy.

This CVS isn't as bad as the first reviewer put it in my opinion. I didn't utilize the pharmacy, however, the store was organized. Some items weren't stocked or were out of stock. The building wasn't new but it isn't crumbling either. I found what I needed pretty quickly from this store. There was only one employee at the register when I was waiting in line to check out. He was doing his job and telling that customer about carepass to help her save more money on her large purchase. When it was my turn, the employee was very nice and genuine, I believe his name was George, may have been the store manager. He asked how my day was and helped me figure out which coupons I could use. The store isn't the most updated but the customer service was good from my experience.

I have been a patron of this CVS (Crossroads Dr., Mills River) since '03 and the Pharmacist & Pharmacy Tech's are outstanding. Never had a problem which wasn't solved swiftly & efficiently, and my prescriptions are always ready when they say they'll be. They are always willing to work with their customers to ensure continued quality of health, and are very friendly. Highly recommend this CVS. Above-par pharmacy.

This Pharmacist pretended the GoodRX list price was the full price, i bought this same medication before too so i was really ?-- they tried to charge me $57, without tax, for 30 sleeping pills which actually cost .50ish cents per pill at most!

Store closes at odd hours and alot of times before working people can get there. Dr called in a prescription on 9/15. I called and they hadn’t filled it as of 9/24. I was told “we will fill it now”. This place is a joke at best.

This store closes randomly even when their store hours online and staff say they are open from 8am to 8pm the doors are often locked. Very unreliable.
