“Great experience at Dale’s Auto Services. My mom’s car had developed a squeak in what we thought were the breaks. Made an appointment to have the brakes replaced. Dale called to verify what our concerns were. After evaluating the situation he called back to share the break pads were in excellent condition and to fix the squeak - which is not a safety issue and has no impact on the cars breaking ability - would be wasting our (my parent’s) money. It is rare to find a mechanic that recommends what is best for the customer and not their personal bottom line. Truly appreciated him evaluating the situation instead of just “doing what was scheduled”.”

“Excellent service! when I first arrived, the attendant was very friendly, but she said it would be at least an hour before they could do my inspection because they had so many ahead of me. The next thing I knew it was done. I may have waited 10 minutes unbelievable! Apparently the mechanic assisted with the inspection so they worked together to make it happen, five stars!”

The prices are very very fair, which is becoming harder to find in this industry, they do not take advantage of anyone and are very honest. They also are followers of Christ and treat people the right way. They helped my wife and I on our honeymoon and we are very grateful for these people. I wish I could move this shop to where I live.”

“Started having electrical issues while traveling from Texas to Maggie Valley NC. No blinkers, brake lights, or trailer lights. Tried 2 Honda shops In Asheville but neither were equipped to work on a Goldwing Trike. Called Schroeder’s and they not only got my bike in, but worked on it on their “Closed” day! Jesse was great to work with. Kept me posted on what they found, had the part overnighted from MotorTrike , and got me back on the road. Awesome customer service! Outstanding Service Dept ! “All i can say about this shop is absolutely WOW, after desperately needing rocker panels, cab corners and a new paint job TD Customs was the ONLY shop within 200 miles that was willing to do the work, many other shops heard the word rust and immediately said no way we wont even consider it, TD Customs looked it over and just simply said yes sir thats not a problem at all. Extremely professional guys. super satisfied with the communication, timeframe and especially going the extra mile for me on my truck. they did exactly what i asked for to the T and left no doubt in my mind that i would be completely satisfied with the finished product and boy am I! i cant say enough good things about this shop. If you need quality work done on your vehicle whether its newer, a classic hotrod, Motorcycle, or just a car or truck you cant stand to part with this place can do it all!!!!”
