Went to the store to buy ink. Noone could open the case. Going to work with project incomplete.There should be someone in the store at all times for people to purchase case locked items

The young person that helped me went over and beyond to assist me. Professional, knowledgeable and polite. It was in the technology department.

Customer service needs improvement. I asked for an item and was told to go to the other side of the store (where I had just come from). Then i asked her if she could look up the item category on her handheld, which she was reluctant to do. The handheld told her my item was 6 isles away. She made no apologies or anything... read full comment
