I was to receive 2 packages on the same day from 2 completely different companies and the UPS driver delivered one package and took a picture of it. He used the same picture for my other package and it was not delivered. He lied and is getting away with it. Hope he enjoys my products that were in my package. Will never use UPS again as this is not the first time this has happened and to top everything off you can’t talk to a real person about it. They are stealing from people and getting away with it. UPS headquarters please do your job and investigate these complaints

I pay extra for ups my choice and still they can't meet a delivery date. They're not only past when it was supposed to be delivered they have delayed the late delivery date and time.

99% of the time my deliveries are not delivered to me but to an access point. Drivers never attempt delivery, one time the driver drove by my house and around the corner and I had to follow him and ask him where my package was and he said he didn’t see a car in the driveway so he didn’t bother getting out. I told him I share a vehicle and just because there’s no car in the driveway doesn’t mean I’m not home. They continue to say they attempted delivery and haven’t and don’t even leave a “we missed you” paper. Other times they leave packages that are addressed in my mother’s name at my house with no issues but if it’s in my name they never leave the packages and they say they attempted delivery. Nothing on my security cameras show they came to my house. I’ve called about this numerous times. And dealing with this again today 2/15/24 getting notification that my package was delivered but I’m sitting in the house with my front door open and there’s no one. They marked and attempted delivery on 2/14/24 when again I was home with the door open and no one came by and they took my package to a delivery access point. It’s ridiculous. Filing a complaint with BBB. Tired of paying for shipping and wasting gas to pick up my own package.

This UPS location along with the main UPS customer service call center has repeatedly not delivered a package since December 22,2023…at some point it was in the truck for delivery so I assumed when it wasn’t delivered the said day, it would be the next day. Now it’s 12/29/23 and still no package. UPS has taken zero responsibility for this and just says “You will need to contact the shipper!” This is not the responsibility of the shipper, it’s the fault of UPS. Unfortunately, you’re just another customer and although sometimes a situation with a package is very personal to you, it’s not to UPS. I remember a time when UPS went above and beyond to meet the needs of customers especially around the holidays, this just isn’t the case anymore.

I always enjoy using this UPS branch because of the very friendly, extremely helpful and joyful young Lady who is the clerk. She makes an otherwise plain and boring task such as sending packages a very joyful and pleasant one!. Thank you!
