It is easy and convenient. I will let everyone know that it is a drop off and pick up location only. If you are dropping off then you have to have the label already on the package since they don't have the capability to scan the QR code. Now if you are picking up a package after getting a notice on your door, normally it will not arrive until the next day.

The young lady at the front counter (I don’t know her name) is always friendly and nice, whenever I have had has an issue she always resolved it, or a long wait, she apologizes before, always has a smile. No matter how many people come in and out she treats everyone with the same kind customer service.
