Mechanic Tony, my longtime favorite and superior craftsman who can fix anything, is equally awesome. I was concerned when a corporate entity bought out this local Ed’s Tire company, and when the longtime and super manager “Rock” retired. My experience with the newly changed ownership Ed’s calmed my fears and convinced me to continue to allow them to serve our auto repair needs, which zi’ve used since 1994! Thank you all for helping me late last Friday afternoon!??”

“Literally will NEVER go anywhere else for my tires and wheels. The staff is so incredibly kind. Chris has that place moving like a well oiled machine but with compassionate and competent human beings. They work quickly and efficiently and I’ve never had an issue. If something happens to your tires from here, you can bring them back within a certain window and get the issue fixed. They ensure you know what’s going on with your vehicle within the scope of their work and make you feel so comfortable. I’ve never felt oversold or pressured into anything here. They are not pushy with add ons or upgrades. They ask and if you decline, they move along. Anywhere else I’ve been, I’ve felt pressured to get or do things that I probably didn’t actually need. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this specific location for all your needs. (Photos included are before and after of my new wheels - since once was bent and cracked and cost about the same for ONE as a full set of new, nicer wheels.)”

“This is my first time visiting Harrell’s Auto Service on Owen Drive and it couldn’t have been a better visit. I brought my car in for my yearly state inspection and the personnel at Harrell’s were very courteous and kept me abreast of how the inspection was going and of any issues the mechanic observed during the inspection that would require repairs in the near future, but would not affect my car inspection. From the time I walked into Harrell’s, to the time I left, it was all of 30-minutes, which is some what impressive considering I didn’t have an appointment to begin with and why I’ve given Harrell’s Auto Service on Owen Drive 5-Stars for outstanding service!”

“Yesterday at 9:00 am I went to Kangaroo gas station to put air in my tire because was low didn’t work I look up and saw across the street from me Tire House went over there and this guy Timothy help me put air in all my tires for free. I was so thankful for that never again will I waste 2 dollars at a gas station that didn’t work. I recommend anyone to go to tire house was there for me. Thanks Letty :)”
“Garcia is the absolute BEST! My daughter was told she needed her brand new tire replaced because there was a screw in the driver side front tire! Garcia not only had the tire we needed in stock and told us it will be $55 “out the door”; once we got here (Yes! We are here right now!)… Garcia said since it’s a new tire, he can just plug it for $20!!!! No one else in Fayetteville had the tire in stock! I can’t say anything but GOOD things about Garcia and A&B Used Tires and Automotive at 4429 Murchison Rd! Thank you SO much, Garcia! He is nothing short of a miracle and a great man!!! For real, he could have charged us the $55 and made a sale… but he took care of us!!!! ???”
“Had to get a tire replaced out in the middle of nowhere. Worth showed up and had my tire replaced and aired up in 20 minutes. Took over 2 hours for the call out. Still that is pretty good in today's world. Very happy with the service.”
