Recent disappointing experience at this store. Brought an item to the store, which a store associate packaged, printed the label and scanned in the package. A week later the package only shows "label created" in the UPS system. I go back to the store and they have no idea and inform me that my package is lost. I realize people make mistakes, but UPS business model is built around their ability to "track" packages. I cannot trust a business that cannot track at package they created in house. The UPS mission states they will "offer value and excellence in all that we do". Very simply you have fallen short.

I will never in my life ship with a UPS store ever again. They completely discarded my package because it was “damaged”. WHO DOES THAT.

People were polite but they didn't know what they were doing and I was charged for a box I didn't want. The cost of shipping kept changing every time they measured my suitcase.

Notary performed here. Open space with some of the best customer service ever! Staff is super friendly, patient, and helpful. $30 for notary and 2 witnesses, which a s fair price.

Absolutely normal shopping experience, except for the extremely rude staff. I don’t think I’ve seen such bad customer service in a business since moving to NC. I’ll drive across town to go to a different ups next time.

Service was fine, my issue is not with customer service but with this particular store policy. The store charges 3.75 to print a label for your package. When I’m already paying for shipping I’m lost on how the company charges almost an additional 4 dollars to print a label. My usual ups does not charge this.
