On, yesterday 4/25/2023, I stopped at this short stop and used the self service gas pulps and added $30.00 gas to my vehicle. I received a message stating that $126 was charged to my card, it did not specify the reason, the text just stated to avoid additional charges to pay at register?? I went inside and asked the clerk, Crystal if she could adjust the transaction ans showed her the message, she in turn gave back rudeness, with little not courtesy and when I asked for a pin and paper to write the store information, she slammed a piece of paper on the counter, I asked for a pen and she stated that she was through and was not going to continue to assist, I'm confused because where do you go with the intent of spending $30 and get a $126 on your card and the clerks get attitudes, and the nerve of me asking questions, like a resolution, and the other clerk started chimming in saying negative commits, "I'm broke. fat, and oh well". It was an aggravating situation with a line of customers, that could have been resolved, just by provided some decent customer service, and information, they in turn were rachet and very disrespectful, mind you neither looked glamorous. They lack customer service skills and should not be representing your company. The nerve I had a purse with other accessible card and money at hand, that could have been used instead, but in stead experience a negative shouting match that could have been avoided with decent staff members. There are too many other gas station to support and patronize then to deal with this kind of behavior. Its time to hire good staff or loose customers. Their Service Is Awful and The Worst Service.

Terrible management. Store stinks and is super nasty since the two hardest workers left. Well one left and one was unjustly fired. But Karma's a thing ?

This took place between 5:27-5:33pm eastern 1/20/22. I understand that this is a gas station and reviews shouldn't even be a thought when it comes to such locations, however, with the type of treatment I received at this location should be documented for future patrons. The individual named 'Soren', was displeased by my presents the moment I arrived to the counter to make my purchase. I only went in to use the atm and to break a $20 with a purchase of Doritos. After waiting in line with no one in front of me, Soren finally asked "Can I help you?". I looked at Soren and asked "Hi, how're you doing today?" I didn't hear the response but am assuming Soren said something of acknowledgement.I paid for my Doritos with a $20 and Soren gave me the incorrect change. I didn't even trip. It wasn't too much of a big deal so I left "that" alone. I then asked for a bag. Soren then grabs a bag and throws my Doritos in said bag and flings them on the counter. I then asked Soren if I had done anything to upset/agitate them. Soren ignored my and did not respond to one question, just kept looking down as if Soren was somehow ashamed. I didn't catch the coworker's name but she too was complacent with how Soren was treating me. I asked the coworker if I had done anything wrong or said anything wrong and the coworker smugly stated (with a smile) "that I should leave". Let me reiterate that I was not loud, abrasive, or irate in any manner when I feel like I (almost) would've been justified in being so. I digress, Soren, how I'm not sure if you have some type of personal vendetta or gripe with people who look like me, but all signs point to the contrary when I saw how pleasant you were with the individual before me.

Web site shows closed at 1200 am and it's 1130 pm and they closed at 1100 pm lol don't lie about hours.

Looks like someone tore down an old conenience store and rebuilt a brand new one. This appears to be a local chain. Spotlessly clean, it has everything you need in such a store. I'm told there are always two people on duty. I don't partake but there is a huge beer cave on premises.
