My heart is heavy. Knowing this week is Karens last week in pamper luv and hugs is very emotional for me. I think that’s cause she has thrived so well there and made so many friends. All the teachers love her there. Not wanting to get into the reason why but it’s hard to find a place that is perfect fit for your child’s and ur needs. I will be forever grateful for the time Karens been at daycare. If anyone is looking for a great daycare/learning center. The pamper, luv&hugs in Hopemills is the place. Id recommend that place to anyone and everyone. Thank yall for being amazing. Hopefully we can come back soon and stay longer.

This facility worked for us up until 3 years old - the time when simple tantrums start. They are not skilled enough to take care of tantrums on their own. I had to leave work to pick up my daughter and was told that she was suspended for the next day. Suspension of a 3 year old is not effective nor does it help the parents. Yes, my child threw her shoe, did not want to come in from outside time, and they were concerned about “sporadic conversations with herself”. And just for more info, she turned 3 in October, so not far into this new age. They have “talks” with these kids and expect that to work. So instead of re-directing or using any other methods, they suspended her (which really only punishes the parents). After multiple discussions with different healthcare providers and other childcare professionals, we were advised to remove her from this “ill-equipped” “incompetent” facility. I hope nobody else is made to feel the way we were made to feel during those last months.

Every child learns and grows differently. With that being said, they force their views of when a child should accomplish life skills and that is unrealistic. You would think a daycare would know this simple fact. I’m glad my granddaughter is out of there!

My granddaughter has attended this facility since she was an infant. The staff in the Baby room were incredible they loved on her as if she was their own. As she moved from age to age and room to room we loved it even more. She attended NC Pre-K there as well and she is ready for elementary school. Thanks to all the staff. The graduation was top shelf.

Nephews had attended for a few years and both loved it. I as an Aunt always walked in on discipline and organization. Whenever there was an issue, Ms. Kim quickly made contact with either their mother or me. I will say, I’m going to miss this place! Highly recommend. Ms. Kim and her staff are wonderful!

If you have a religious reason on why you dont give your child shots..then don't even waste your time here. The owner will not allow you to enroll. We have never had any issues before plus the state does require them. She stated its her facility her rules.

I love this facility. They are a 5 star facility with an excellent Pre-K program. The children that were in the Pre-K program last year are now in Kindergarten and are currently ahead of their classmates because of the curriculum at Pamper, Hugs, & Luvs. The daycare side also has a curriculm for the different age groups. My 3 year old daughter is currently learning Spanish and Sign Language. If she has a slot open, don't hesitate to enroll your child.

Very professional staff, second to none! I love the staff, they treat each child if they were theirs. I strongly recommend for those whom are looking for a trustworthy daycare.
