Just left there from getting an inspection. Couple of things. The positive. Older gentleman was very friendly. Very good start. Was only one car ahead so service went timely and smooth. The negative. As I had got my vehicle from a dealership and have made no modifications to it they hit me with a tint fee. Guy tried to tell me it was aftermarket installed and they get them like that all the time. Upon feeling on the back 2 windows I would have to agree to disagree. The embossed gm seal which is the same on the front 2 windows would say otherwise. But not here to argue just speaking. I asked about pricing for full service synthetic oil change and he quoted that there’s started at $74.95 when their website had it listed lower. Even showed and pointed it out to him. His answer well we have to get up with the people. Definitely something you may want to have handled if it’s what’s being advertised. As much as I would have loved to leave a 5 star raiting the negatives have outweighed the positives right now and doubting about returning. Seem like good people however where we stand now.

I've been going there for a very long time and I've always had very good service. I also believe inspections are 30 dollars.

The only place I take my car for oil changes. I go when I know it’s not too busy so I’ve never had to wait very long. I have never had a negative experience with them. They have always been super kind and welcoming with excellent customer service. Love that they are God focused! Y’all always do a great job and the customers that have patients and common sense sincerely appreciate you all! Thank you!

Been here twice, initially then again after I failed. I've never had to get inspected before so I'd recommend calling first just because when I called other places they said their inspector wasn't in, so just to save you some time...
They did answer the phone both times & had someone available. They also open at 0800 so you can get it done before work.
Would've been cool if the guy looking at my tint would've gave me a heads up before or when he handed me my paper that I was going to fail or had failed but whatever.
The good thing is when I went back to them it's .85 to do a retest.
They asked for the registration again the second time instead of the paperwork you received from them initially with all the information on it, I thought that was weird and actually wasted some time because I had transferred plates. So if they ask you for registration and have transferred plates tell them the vin maybe different because that's what caused an issue.
There is a space area to sit inside and 1 bench outside.
Overall was simple enough and felt safe doing it alone. No military discount offered. Would recommend!

Awful service. I've watched 13 cars pull in ahead of me. Many came in 30 minutes after. Read some reviews to find they push inspections behind other services. However, it appears other cars have received inspections that arrived after me. I was told 2 hours but not informed that every vehicle that came in would be helped before me. Parking lot completely emptied out for 10 minutes and still they helped customers that came in after me. I asked the nice gentleman that helped me initially if it would be much longer and another male popped out yelling, "I told you 2 hours and you came in at 10!" Rude and unacceptable customer service. I was then helped within 10 minutes. I wish I had left.

I just left here and I rarely give bad reviews ever of any establishments but the nasty attitude when simply inquiring how much longer for a safety inspection was uncalled for. To tell me that I was told it would be a 40-45min wait and it has not been that with some nastiness was not deserved. Your right sir, it was not 40-45mins I had been waiting but an hour and some minutes. I was on a call when your associate let me know the wait but promptly hung up when the gentleman approached my car so I had the time stamp. Then to see the interaction between other customers and myself was absurd. I read other reviews that sound like my experience so there is some truth to them.

Paid for a lube job. Not a drop of Grease applied. Completely filled to do job but collected my money for it.... Update on. Took my vehicle back and brought it to the attention about the dry fittings. Instead of being apologetic of the overlook on the job, we shouldn't have been an overlooked since it was the only thing I wanted them to do, they bring up my bald tires which has nothing to do with the grease in my feelings. Instead of being apologetic for it they instead got mad because I gave him a bad review. Well I am not done with the bad reviews because if you get work done here make sure you go behind them and ensure the job was done if you can't do it if you can't do it yourself get someone to do it for you. I do not recommend these people for anything. And Mr owner you can get mad again because I'm not done. From here I'm going to better Business bureau. And tell everybody the service I got from your establishment.

I needed an inspection for a tag renewal. All of the places I called were either full, required a drop off, or an appointment for another day. I called Xpress Lube, and was given an approximate 30-minute wait time. It did not take that long. I was so excited and thankful. All of the staff members were polite, kind, and efficient!
