As a local contractor, my customers had to have a place to stay while we gutted both bathrooms due to mold, we booked this hotel for them to stay safe while the work was ongoing, they refused to service us quoting a corporate policy..that they lived local, treated very poorly!! Bad service.

The hotel was adequate and clean the young man working the front desk was very kind and accommodating. This is the only property I have ever been to that had a complimentary light dinner social 3 nights a week. That is where my issue was. The smell of whatever was being cooked was so strong that it stunk up the whole first floor. I could smell it in my room all the way down the hall. It must of been something very spicy or full of curry. It was a nice Idea to have the free eats but you might wanna serve stuff a little less strong. The smell really permeates.

I really enjoyed my short stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Welcomed my service animals and confirmed I made the right decision to book with them. I came from NY and I highly recommend! Bed was comfortable and room was fair for a reasonable price. Thank you staff!

Our stay was great!!!! The bed provided an adequate nights sleep for our 3-day stay!!! The room was clean upon arrival, big shout out to Barbara and Bre who cleaned the room. Cody and the Desk Staff were great. Breakfast was really good. The location is awesome as you will have choices for dining near this hotel. Thank you all for a great experience. Definitely will come back!!!

This site was excellent. Accommodating for my mom's accessible needs. Made her comfortable with lower roll away bed. Bed in the room was to high for her to get into. Breakfast was just ok. Food options were fine but keeping the food warm was null. Had to give my prepared plate to staffer to put in microwave not available in common area. Parking is tough. The hotel is competing with evening crowd from bar across the lot. Should be a better plan for hotel patrons. Lastly I asked for late check out due to my mom's disability.. We agreed on an extra 30 mins but when the time arrived the front staff did not communicate with cleaning staff and the gentleman Sean told me he had advised it would be an additional charge. This was never mentioned. The supervisor of the cleaning staff corrected his mishap. Did not appreciate Sean changing the narrative.

The hotel has been renovated recently. It is ok for one night stop. It was clean. It has new mattress, towels. I was thinking to give 4 stars. It should be managed better.

This is a ok place to stay, my only gripe is there is a bar in the parking lot that gets kind of noisy at night. There were also people hanging out in the lobby which is something I've never seen at a hotel before. I'll pick another location next time since I'm a preferred member.

While the room was nice and clean, my experience there was negatively affected because the hotel gave away my friend's room on the night of her wedding! She had made that reservation 3 months in advance...No one should ever lose their room. This caused us to have even less time with her than we had planned on because she and her new husband had to take time out to deal with HI giving away their room. I hadn't seen her in almost 30 years...and wanted to spend as much time with her as possible before we made the 2 hour trip back home.

First let me say customer service was good. First night we got there the room floors were damp and sheets were dirty. We went to the desk and they moved us rooms.The room they moved us to was good. On the third day we left that morning to be with family as my father in law had passed away and when we came back to the room after dealing with a draining heart breaking day the room was messed up.The curtains and wood was rippedOff the window and left on the floor with nails everywhere. Went to the desk and complained and they moved us again. Asked for a refund was told we could not get one. We stayed there over a week paid over 1,000 dolllars we deserved a refund of some monies. The morning we checked out the morning clerk had no empathy at all for our situation. Checked out on November 20th 2022

I've stayed here before with no problemshowever, I will never recommend this hotel. I received a call from a private number stating that she was the front desk staff. She told me my reservation will not be honored because I lived within 50 miles of the hotel. I told her that I've stayed there before and I couldn't finish my statement because her boss I assumed started talking in the back ground telling her that the reservation was already canceled. My suggestion is if this is a new policy then call your customers with an apology and another hotel with the organization that can accommodate people. I didn't get the staff's name that called but did get the manager on duty Christina's name who needs to be trained. Both members are rude and unprofessional. We ended up staying at the Hilton Embassy Suites. Which is a better hotel and after reading the reviews I'm glad we didn't stay here. It seems like they went downhill which is sad being that it's the only hotel in Hope Mills.

I was supposed to stay at this property in August and I never received a confirmation so I ended up staying some place else. They still charged my credit card 177.00. I disputed the charge with my credit card and when I got my resolution letter, they said they couldn’t dispute the charge because Christina checked me in. I have called this property many times to try and get resolution, but the Manager Sandy will not even speak to me on the phone. Horrible service and crooked employees. I will never stay here again. This is the only hotel in Hope Mills and my co-workers and I are there quite often on business. We will stay in Lumberton or Spring Lake from now on.
