Brandy in pharmacy is New and she is very good , and very helpful ! She needs to be the manager back there she knows how to multitask , and give good direction.!
Finally , someone in the pharmacy that can get things done ✅

At this point, just close this location down. Pharmacy customer service is terrible, store hours are inaccurate… do u even need to continue?

I needed to return an urgent package and they locked the doors at least 20 minutes before closing. The Hispanic dude looked me dead in my eyes with my package in my hand, brush his hair with his fingers and turned away from me! At 2058, I saw staff already walking out of the building while I'm online looking for places to drop my package off!!!!

I've been sitting here swirling in my own thoughts tonight. I'm still seething..I went to pick up some meds from CVS on Legion Road and Olivia was getting some edge control. Less than 5 minutes later she came up to me with the manager of the store Robin. The lady proceeded to say in front of group of people (to include the pharmacy tech that I was speaking with) that she had tried to put some pimple patches in her pocket. Embarrassed myself and Olivia and walked away.I stepped outta the line to address the issue with Olivia. I asked several times did she try steal and tell me the story and the truth. She said the box was ripped open they were on the floor, I was trying to pick them up and put them back. She came up to me and ask what I was doing then yelled at me and told me not to put the edge control that I had in my pocket. I emptied my pocket to show her I had nothing from the store in there. She also stated she touched her on the wrist.At first, I wasn't fully sold on her story but then she needed to go to the restroom and behold what's in there, the same patches sitting on the back of the toilet. I asked olivia has she been in this bathroom before now and she says no. I go to the manager to tell her that I believe there is a misunderstanding. She gets defensive and says "I told you what I seen, have a good day ma'am". I asked her did you see her put anything in her pocket she then retracted her statement and said that she never said anything about her putting them in her pocket. She was rude and dismissive of me.You don't get to accuse my daughter of stealing and then don't want to answer any questions I may have. If Livvy did it then she would suffer the consequences. I'll never say my daughter is perfect because she is not and she does her share of middle school things but accusing her of stealing an item that she has at home already...come on. Her attitude and the way she embarrassed Olivia just set my soul on fire. There is a way you handle situations with children and she handled it all wrong. But that's fine corporate can hear my story.I love this store been here for 3 years. I just don't like what I experienced yesterday.

I have had a prescription "In Process" for 7 straight days. Nobody in the pharmacy will answer the phone. Drive thru service not available at Legion Road. Lines are at least 10 people long! Corporate needs to address this issue immediately.

This CVS is horrible my doctor called my prescription in September I checked the app it’s on hold call the pharmacy and they say nothing is wrong I can pick up tomorrow. It’s bad that I went back to my doctor because I thought she didn’t call it in but they put it on hold to say once I spoke to the gentleman nothing is wrong and would not allow me to pick up when I talked to them. If they are so behind they need to hire more help. Legion rd

This store is horrible they don’t answer phone calls. I have been on the phone for an hour and then called back and was on phone for another hour, a total of 2 hours. The live app. shows not very busy but no one answering the phone…..just lazy! SMH Guess I’m going to have to make a trip out to visit them in person.

WENT TO THE PHARMACY YESTERDAY MAN WORKING COUNTER SAID THEY WERE OUT OF THE MEDICINE I NEEDED & TOLD ME I HAD TO CALL AROUND & SEE WHO HAD THE MEDICINE . I ASKED WHY DO I NEED TO CALL AROUND YOU HAVE A COMPUTER RIGHT THERE & CAN SEE WHO HAS IT . HE THEN REPEATED I NEED TO CALL AROUND , I ASKED FOR THE PRESCRIPTION & HE SAID ONCE I FIGURED OUT WHO HAD SOME THEY NEEDED TO CALL HIM TO HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION FORWARD .
