WHY did yall build this location if you aren’t going to keep it up! Head quarters please get this place together! Earlier this year a biscuit I bought was expired! I let it slide but today I go in to get an icey on this hot summer day and all the machines are filled with flavors and none of them are working. I end up getting my co worker and I a fountain drink and both were flat. Also there was a big puddle was on the floor by the drinks with no sign! Please get this store together if not just have the pumps open at this point!!! -Hopemills community

Just stopped in and the cashier was a total mess..said he would not honor a price as marked...asked him to please honor the price and he told me he did feel comfortable changing a price for me and then asked me if was just looking for a discount and tried to make me feel ignorant in front of other customers..he kept insisting that a 10 order should have a $2 dollar tax....20% tax is ridiculous and then wanted to argue with me and embarrassed saying i was just looking for discount but yet i just wanted the price that was marked big as heck on the window that doesnt expire for two more months..ignorance is bliss..told me if I had a problem to call the manager cause he ain't changing nothing....guess the customer isn't right at this location...or atleast hire someone with better customer service. Never coming back this place is slow and some of the cashier not all are rude as hell...your better off going to a different location where they appreciate your services.....customer service is dead here. Happend on 7-19-2024 at 9 p.m.

Generally speaking I like shopping here but there is one lady there that works there who always seems to have a major attitude problem I thought she was having a bad day the first time it happened but it wasn't she always seems to have a holier then attitude with me everytime she waits on me. I'm not sure what her name is but I can guarantee that I won't be going their anymore because of her.

Extremely slow service.. big lady with the blonde wig love to ignore you and the tall Bruce Jenner looking dude there by day and the bulldog looking guy at night are very rude

This store is the best one I have visited. Mercedes Allure and Liz work hard for the company. They all are friendly and accommodating here.

This fun kangaroo express gas station has all your needs when it comes to cutting through their parking lot to beat the light. It has gas pumps to offer gas, and sometimes a cop perched slightly out of view to catch the inherit rude drivers who are trying to save 10 seconds of their drive time by whipping through a parking lot to cut off traffic. Good venue for hosting that. God bless.
