I’ve only been there one time I was followed by a WHITE woman of all people she asked can I help you with something I said just something for mother day she made me feel uncomfortable ? I had a backpack ? she kick me out from the store called my mom to tell her what happened she called the worker telling her thinking I was going to steal (racist) and I was with a group of people I don’t know what mind set this Karen was on but she seen ghost but this Cato’s is not it never will be!!!

I love love love this store
I get all my work clothes here and I always have best service here
Ms Stephanie, ms Danielle and ms Janet and even the new little young lady Miasha they go out of way to always make sure to let me if I need any help to just let them know
I never been here and had to ask for help yet and I have been going here quite a bit like every weekend on my day off
If my arms full because they stock the store with so many new items every time I go there then they take from me and set it away so I can shop comfortably
They are so amazing when it comes to customer service
From product choice and display in store and way the model the clothing they buy from here makes me want to buy them lol these are ladies are amazing
It is so pleasant to be there and if I have exchange or returns they do not make me feel bad
Or treat me like I am trouble instead they show me kindness and beautiful smile to easy my worries
I hope Cato know they have best team here in hope mills nc

From the time you get on the parking lot you feel the love. Everyone is extremely friendly. The pastor gave an awesome word. My only concern is the music. It is dangerously loud!!

I absolutely hate shopping and buying clothes. Yesterday I was blessed by stopping in and meeting Danielle. She helped me have an amazing shopping experience. I am a jeans and boots kind of girl. I needed some dress clothes for an upcoming event. She helped me feel so comfortable. I've never had a better experience in a clothing store. I have always enjoyed shopping at the Cato in Hope Mills, but my experience was awesome because I had the opportunity to work with Stephanie! Stephanie was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient! Although we were there 20 minutes after closing, she didn't rush us and continued to provide the best service ever! I just love this store, all the customer service agent there are always helpful. Let's not talk about the amazing prices, compared to some to the other store chains. Whether I'm shopping in store or online, I usually can catch a great deal on a lot of the items that I'm purchasing. They are one of the only stores that still offers layaway. they are already putting out some of their spring collection, which I've already purchased a few items. I am giving them a five-star rating because of the special attention that the CSR agent give me every time I go into the store, plus their great prices and fashion that they always have.
