Got my NC inspection done here. Management was prompt and timely. Had me in and out with . Minimal time spent. Even was nice enough to chat about some Regulations I wasn't sure of. Definitely would not Hesitate to recommend. them

This shop has great customer service! I came in on a Friday to get my car inspected, however upon arrival they noticed me that they had closed. I didn’t realize what time they had closed and said I would come back another day. They said no ma’am, we will take care of you! What a relief! I had a hiccup but I brought it back on the following Monday and they got me taken care of! Thank you 301 Express!!

We were driving through North Carolina on our way to Florida when we hit something in the road that tore up our splash guard under the oil pan. It was dragging on the roadway at every bump. We found 301 Express Auto on Google Maps, only a ten-minute drive from our location. The owner dropped everything he was doing to help us out, tying up the splash pan with plastic ties so that it wouldn’t be damaged any further before we can take it to a dealer to have it replaced. Great and friendly customer service! Many thanks!
