Wish I had better things to say about my most recent experiences here, but I don’t. I had been bringing both of my cars here since this location opened, at one point had a membership, and was always more than satisfied with the result of the washes that I paid for. Following my visit last week, I won’t be coming back here for the sake of avoiding damages to my vehicle. Towards the end of my most recent 2 washes, all 5 or 6 of the rods that are in place to move each car along the track had slipped under my wheels and went onward. Had I not put my car in drive and driven out of there, my car would’ve been hit by the person behind me almost immediately. Not a major catastrophe or safety issue, but I drive a newer car and would rather not pay hard earned money for a decent wash and a new dent as part of the package deal. Upon kindly bringing this to the attention of the employees, I was met with a totally nonchalant “my crap don’t stink” attitude and was told that only happened because I have “low tread or tire pressure.” All 4 of my tires are at 7/32nd’s in tread and stay at 35psi. To put it simply, the employees here don’t care much to address mechanical concerns or take any sort of accountability. Clearly no customer service skills either. If you prefer not to be gaslit at a $20 car wash and you like your rear bumper the way it is, I recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely,5 star service. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a tire that went flat and Moe helped change it and was so kind. This staff is seriously the best. Will never go anywhere else .

Scammed my young son into signing for a $10 car wash that turned into a $45 monthly membership fee that's impossible to cancel. We've tried everything. Will be getting the police involved Monday & filing a complaint with the BBB. What a crappy business. If you don't believe me, call their phone number & listen to the message for cancelling - obviously they are fully aware of what scam they are pulling. Their website takes you to link which goes guess where - to the same unmanned phone.

Pulled up to the car wash and this immaculate specimen of a man greeted me. Tyler is his name. Tyler had the best customer service I have ever seen. If you are ever in the area ask for the sexy white guy named Tyler

This location is always super helpful and accomodating as well as they do it all with a smile. Way better alternative than buying all the things they provide for you with the subscription for keeping your ride clean. I recommend all my family and friends here.

I used to love this place when it was Hero's and always had a membership until I moved. CAUTION: I used it recently and paid around 6:45pm and was allowed in. This kid named "Trevor" was on his phone laughing and joking instead of spraying the vehicle before entering the wash. This delayed the process. I proceeded to dry the vehicle when the vacuum system turns off. The system is on a timer and no one is instructed to tell you that there is limited time left. Just bad business.

Never, ever, ever go to this car wash. I pull up, the attendant says: "We're running a deal right now, for the rest of the month membership is only $10." When I say yes he just clicks all the buttons on the screen for me quickly without even letting me read the terms and conditions." Come to find out, that meant that as soon as the month was over it would begin costing $45 a month. And they're allegedly "in the process of integrating all membership information to the system" so you "have to come in person with any questions." How is that okay? Someone else controlling the agreement for me without even letting me look at what I'm agreeing to, so you can jack up the price to $45 a month for something a lot of people don't even do monthly?
Furthermore, my car wasn't even clean after.

Used to love this place when it was under previous ownership. This place just sucks now. Attendants don’t even bother doing the pre-rinse or attempting to have customer service. The cleaning supplies after the wash aren’t the same quality as before, and on top of everything, the price hike for the loss in service is insane. I’d rather drive out of the way to go to a better car wash than come back here.
