We loved dr harris. There is so much over turn here with Dr's and no one will explain why. My dog has seen 3 different Dr's in 3 years due to Dr's leaving. Why is this?

Sad to say, I could trust them to take care of my cat when I wasn't there. I'm looking for things that just weren't there. He had an URI. Healthy otherwise. Why did they look for other things wrong? Won't be going back. And of any one asks, I won't be sending anyone there. Not even people I don't like.

The staff is very pleasant. The only thing each time I had an emergency, they never addressed my concerns, they always told me to take my pet to the hospital. Outside of that they are very good. One dr stood out and she's AWSOME..Dr. Allison. She is so attentive and caring. She made sure my dog was ok. She constantly stayed in contact with me via email to check on my pet ( it was the weekend !) She was off and yet she wanted to know how my dog was doing. She's GREAT!!! I would recommend this establishment despite the little hiccups with emergency care.

This review is only for the call center and not for the vet hospital.
The call center is the absolute worst. They are so unprofessional, have no idea what they are doing and it is useless. Trying to return a call to the Vet is impossible when you have to deal with a call center that has no clue how to function.

Doctor didn’t show up and I didn’t get any prior heads up, Wasted 1 hour for nothing, Receptionist was very kind and thoughtful.

DR. Schnoke is an absolute gem. She's caring, very ppatient and pleasant. She was born to do the job as an veternarian. She loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend ?

I really love THRIVE abs how compassionate they are to ALL the pets that come in. My dog is anxious in general and every time I bring him in, they are so sensitive to his emotional well-being that I don’t worry about him. Thank you to all of the staff at the Holly Springs location…you are all the BEST!!!

Never coming here again. Canceling my membership. They would rather throw meds at a problem than diagnose what the cause is first. Costs me $100s of dollars and my dog suffering for weeks instead of addressing the problem on the first visit.
