They are fantastic! Their weekend night crew was kind, patient, and thorough!! They took wonderful care of my cat. They were transparent about pricing, tests, and treatments!! They saved my sanity and helped my cat feel so much better!!!

I love this place! The staff was super friendly and caring while they took great care of Bentley,. This staff was so attentive. And will work with you about finances upfront. Even though he didn’t make it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He’s crossed the bridge. And will forever be in our hearts.

Was seen quickly this morning for ruling out kennel cough in one of my dogs. Dr. Barron was kind as was the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend

As a new local resident with a sudden emergency, I was fortunate to call on Triangle Veterinary for help. They responded immediately, set me up to bring my dog in, and took care of his issue (swallowed raisins -- lethal if not treated) while being welcoming, comforting and highly professional. Fortunately my dog has come through with no effects and is just fine. The staff is great to work with and I found Dr. Wilson to be outstanding in every way I would hope for my pet. I can highly recommend this practice.

The BEST vet and staff. Took my 14 year old maltipoo tonight. We were taken right back. Dr Green was very professional and personable as were the staff members. So impressed with this office. Would 100% recommend

TVRH provided excellent care for my cat Eli when he was suffering from bladder issues. My poor guy was in pain from this serious ailment. Staff at TVRH as always are friendly but more importantly they experienced and efficient. They maintained excellent communication with me throughout his medical ordeal and sent him home with needed medications and clear instructions.

My dog was very well taken care of! We arrived at 8pm and they were able to see my dog immediately. They gave regular updates and even let us take him home early since he was doing so well. The staff were friendly and helped lighten a very scary situation with humor. The cost is the only downside, but that applies for all emergency vets.

I'm only putting 4 stars so my review can be read by many. *WARNING* I took my puppy who had parvo here and it was the worst experience ever. I was already heartbroken and wanted to do everything i could to save my fur baby after trying everything at home. Staff itself was okay but the doctor was so empathetic, cold and heartless. He basically said "I can't do anything" He didn't suggest putting fluids, he didn't suggest pain medication, Absolutely nothing when they could've helped some way. I didn't even last 10 minutes there and they charged me $300 for doing nothing at all.

I took my cat here to be treated for an upper respiratory infection and a ruptured ear drum. The staff was really kind and Dr. Wilson gave my cat exceptional care. My cat is currently recovering and doing a lot better. The clinic is super clean and very nice. We’re lucky to have a really good 24/7 hospital in Holly Springs.

I’m not sure if people are talking about the same place I went to but these people have been nothing but kind, compassionate and go ABOVE AND BEYOND for the clients. It sounds like a bunch of people are just bandwagoning on one persons review because it’s just really interesting how all of a sudden a bunch of people are having a bad experience at the same time? Don’t be fooled, this place and its staff is amazing. Some people just have nothing better to do.

I cannot speak to everyone experience but mine was and has always been a positive one. I feel my rather rambunctious pup is always cared for and concerns/questions are heard. The staff is attentive, caring and pleasant.

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital in Holly Springs. When I brought my French bulldog in for emergency care, the staff treated me horribly. Despite having been there before, they claimed I wasn't the owner because of an address mix-up. The staff member with pink hair was rude, refused to treat my dog, and falsely accused my mother of owing money. Things got so bad that the police were called, and even they questioned the staff's actions. I felt disrespected, mistreated, and ignored, with the staff seeming more interested in money than in caring for animals. I tried to reach a supervisor, but got no response, which only added to my frustration. I strongly advise against going to this hospital due to their poor customer service, unprofessional behavior, and apparent disregard for pets' well-being." I was scared for my safety due to having two women bully me in a back room by myself while I am pregnant, very unprofessional and scary to feel like you’re being intimidated by the staff at this vet!
