I had a free haircut reward from the American Red Cross, so I decided to try Sports Clips. I was able to schedule my appt. before I left my house. When I arrived I was greeted & met my stylist. Everything went well. I told her short & she obliged. It was a bit too short, for my liking. But at least I won't need another cut for a while. Next time I'll know to give better direction. But the experience was good overall. They also give free neck trims, which I think is a great perk between cuts!

Maddie was great. She fixed my messy mop head and made me look like a human being again. Definitely recommend if you don't know what to do with your hair!

They have a high turnover rate here for different barbers coming. Don't expect the same quality every time. They also don't abide by the "sign in"

I asked for a four on top and a two on the sides, and I came out with practically a crew cut. Don’t know what happened, but chose not to complain. My hair will grow back.

So I got a hair cut the other day at sport clips & let me just say this, usually I go to a barber shop but I was in a rush maddie cut my hair at sport clips in holly springs & it was phenomenal.. I’ll be going to see her from now on. 5 stars doesn’t cut it for this girl. She’s the best I recommend her to anyone in the area. You won’t be disappointed!!

We’ve been going to Megan for a couple of years now with our two boys (8 and 16 now) and she’s great. And honestly, from observing others, everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Yes the wait can be long but these ladies are short staffed and are doing all they can. Have a little Grace and patience and it’ll be alright ;)Services: Kids' cuts

They escaped my son appointment two times today for no reason except our Muslim name 1st from 15 minutes to 30 minutes after they took off his name from the screen and the lady said his name never listed and one of the customer told that’s wrong never recommended for anyone

Reserved my spot through the app and it said 37 mins. Showed up 30 mins before and it had changed to 85 mins wait. Was trying to see Maddie since the previous person I saw, Inez, left. No idea why things changed or why the time had increased. Maddie talked to me and I understood. Sometimes things happen. Told me to come in a round an hour or so. Even though my time said ‘12 and 25 mins. Showed up 20 mins before the time slot and Maddie came out and left. Didn’t acknowledge me or nothing. Then once she left another person asked me if I was waiting for Maddie and told me that Maddie was taking her break and she would come back in 20-25 mins. Terrible customer service. Maddie could’ve said something at least. She knew I was there earlier and now that I was back to see her she left and didn’t care. Very disrespectful to do that. Would not come back if that’s how they treat customers. I he t it that’s a Saturday and they are busy. I understand they are supposed to take their breaks. But by leaving and having someone else tell me she was on a break, tells me how much she really wanted to cut my hair. Is like she did it on purpose hoping I would leave. Never been treated like this at Sports Clips before. Very disappointed.
