Been going here for gas and eats for a few years. Pumps can be a bit crazy, so I avoid at peak times. I don’t have any complaints about the made to order food. My kids like the breakfast burritos, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and all the sides. A special mention for the soft pretzels, cheese sticks and curly fries, which are very good! Love the ease of ordering with the Sheetz app. I’ve only been in the bathroom once and it was fine. I’ve never been during the night shift. The staff have always been pleasant when I engage them. I’ll certainly keep patronizing.

The air pump does not work. It took air out of my tires. They need to shut it down. It’s been months since it worked properly.

Food is always cold and not thoroughly cooked. Taste like food has been prepped and cooked the day before.

Maybe have him consider a new career choice out of customer service.
Would be fired immediately if he worked for me. Wouldn’t even get hired.

I thought I’d stock up on a bunch of cold coffee drinks for work. The selection for drinks is awesome here. Unfortunately I grabbed one too many and dropped a glass Starbucks coffee bottle ?. The two lovely ladies cleaned it up and kept assuring me it was okay. So grateful for y’all’s grace and friendliness! I would’ve got down and cleaned with you but y’all were on top of it. Much love to Sheetz HS!

Most disgusting sub I have ever eaten. Bread was hard and stale, the “steak”looked and tasted like dog food, and the veggies were soggy and warm. Embarrassing.

I was ordering my food and asking for help paying with a gift card at the self checkout and a lady that I did not ask for help took my phone, and instead of asking or using the gift card that was on my screen, opened my Google Wallet and used my credit card on my phone's tap-to-pay for my food which I had no intention of using. They did not apologize, blamed ME for the incident, and did nothing after I complained about it to fix the issue besides tell me I was in the wrong. She was not the one working the cash register, but another older woman who took over and charged my credit card which I did not want to spend money on. Probably my worst ever customer service experience.

Specifically went for coffee at 4:30 am on way to airport. Machines were down needing cleaning. Guy came from back scratching his armpit all confused not knowing how to do it. What a mess. The weekday crew is better.

It's a usual Sheetz gas station, this station was placed somewhere away from main roads here in Holly Springs, although it's a delight when you get to go and get some cheap slushies!
