Staff is always great, and they have a huge selection of high quality pet products for all variety of critter. Have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. I'm knocking one star off only because we've had a couple of quality/storage issues with products bought here.

They have such a wide selection of raw food for dogs, and a small selection for cats. They have niche products like duck heads and necks and quail. Very fun store to shop at with reasonable prices

They have a large variety of specialty items and we are new to the area and happened to be looking for goats milk for our dogs and they were the only ones to have it. We will be back for that and much more!

I visit this location frequently for bird food by the pound. The employees are always friendly and I love supporting local businesses. Until very recently the prices have been much better than large pet store chains, but today I went in and found that bird food prices have nearly doubled. Unfortunately it’s now cheaper for me to shop at other places, even with shipping costs.

Called the store since I heard great reviews of how helpful they are and Id like to say its absolutely True! Spoke to Taylor - was super helpful to chat about options I was looking for.Not everyone takes the time to be helpful over the phone so I really appreciate it. Thank you!Will definitely be visiting this location though its a bit of a drive itll be worth it!

Called the store looking for Victor brand dog food. The girl on the phone was very helpful, going back-and-forth to check flavors and price. Once I arrived at the store the same girl (a little redheaded girl) helped me out. We looked at my victor briand but I wanted to look for something else with probiotics as well. She was very knowledgeable with skin sensitivities and foods that irritated dogs with those issues. My boy just got over a really bad fungal/yeast infection on his back. We settled on the Diamond brand, she even carried the bag up to the counter for me. She was super kind and knowledgeable, great service from this young lady today!
