“I think the staff at this location are a solid 5. Really helpful and very friendly. I give the facility a 4 because communication has been a little challenging with drop offs and some important details that should have been easily accessible in their computer were not followed through on. What you relay to one staff member mat not make it to the next person who comes on their shift creating a little confusion. That's my only criticism. I recommend this place.”

“I was impressed by the entire experience. My call was answered promptly. The fellow I dealt with was pleasant. He asked all the questions he needed to determine the scope of work and quoted a price. He was able to fit me into a busy schedule to meet my requirement but I really should have called sooner. It worked out well.The moving team showed up with three men…if I had something witty to say about three men or two men, I would interject that here but but by wits have escaped me. Nonetheless, all three were pleasant and looked me in the eye and shook my hand. We scoped out the job and they took care of business in short order. They were careful moving things and didn’t create any collateral damage. They all three communicated well and had a good sense of humor.The end of job paperwork was organized and well presented. It was clear to me what I was signing and initialing. They were here less than an hour and did work that I am no longer able to do.They were blessing to me today.Respectfully,Norman Walker”

“Gail is fantastic and I have loved renting a space for our RV here. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the lot for storing the RV does not have an automated gate. They are working on it but it has not been done yet. Once they have that I would rate it 5 stars. I initially did not want to rent here due to a prior employee I had spoken to, but I came back in and Gail had taken over and completely transformed the customer service. 100% would rent here again.”

“Regina is an absolute gem of a storage facility manager! From our first interaction via telephone, to the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. Not only is she professional and efficient, but her genuine care for her customers truly sets her apart as I seen this 1st hand on my office visit today, as multiple people including myself were in the office needing something from her.
Regina went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were met as I had been traveling and fell behind on payments due to not having autopay setup.
What truly impressed me about Regina was her commitment to exceptional customer service. She was always available to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and ensure my belongs remained secure. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable and speaks volumes about her work ethic. And I so glad I had the chance to finally meet her in person. I have seen her numerous times walking the property cleaning up or heading to her vehicle after a long day while at my storage unit.
Furthermore, Regina maintains the storage facility impeccably. It is always clean, well-lit, and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my belongings are in good hands.
Overall, Reginas professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to her customers make her an invaluable asset to the facility. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
