I would give these people a NO STAR if possible. The owner and his son came out to diagnose our GE Monogram large refrigerator and completely misdiagnosed!!! They are not competent!!! They sent out one of their "services refrigerator specialists" who knew even less about our refrigerator. They ordered parts to repair that did not need repair in the end and after sending out 2 different specialists over the course of 3 weeks who still did not know how to fix our refrigerator we finally had to a GE specialist fix our issue which was just to blow out a hose in the compressor which defrosted and major line that is primarily responsible for the the air circulation.. Note that one of MCEs repair guys told us what parts we could just order on our own and we could make the repair if we just watched the YOuTube video on it!!!! Are you kidding me?? this of course was after we aleready ordered over $500 in parts that did not need to be replaced. Two days later the repair guy who told us to youtube fix our frig no longer worked for MCE service repair. how convenient!!! When I called MCE services to inquire why my refrigerator still wasn't working ( before we finally had GE fix our frig ) after dealing with MCE for 3 weeks and multiple visits from their incompetent repair people including the owner and his son the wife of the owner claimed she didn't know about any of these negatives issues we had had with their former repair guys and claimed they were not at fault as it was the repair specialists fault who had coincidentally quit 2 days after he incorrectly diagnosed our refrigerator issue, completely ignoring that fact that the owner, her husband was the first one to misdiagnose our frig issue. So they of course gladly took $1,000 from me and have yet to refund me even though they text me confirming I would be receiving only a $733 refund and not the full amount the took from us!!!!!! Haven't received any kind of refund and it is a month later. These people are not running a legitimate business and should be shut down. We now will be taking legal action. MCE Services are incompentent crooks!!!

I called 5 companies on a Friday afternoon and this was the only company that called me back. And they called me back within 5 minutes or less!! I explained my issue with my dishwasher, the person on the phone explained what it could be. I asked for a quick estimate and was given one. The person on the phone, Chris, was polite, professional and seemed to really care about my situation. We discussed my model # etc. She called me back after they were closed to confirm they could get the part quickly and scheduled me for Wednesday. (it was a friday) The technician arrived on time and was very personable, and he explained things that he was doing as it went along. The end cost was what I was told on the phone. By the way, the other 4 companies never did even call me back. I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat!! Best customer service I've had since moving here 2 yrs ago.

We had an emergency install of our oven in a very tight space. The crew did an amazing job putting our new oven making some alterations to the casing and got it up and running just before the holidays! Thank you!

Cannot recommend this company. the first time he came out to look at my dryer, he came 15 minutes before the appointment window closed even though I told them I would have to leave for work shortly after that. No notification that he was in his way. the second time, the appointment window was set even earlier because of my work schedule and he came 45 minutes after the appointment window closed with no notification that he was going to be late. They just don't seem to be very good with their appointment times. Also the bill ended up being $200 dollars over his original quote

Had a freezer door emergency and Mark came out same morning. Hinges were gone, he adjusted them and ordered new ones. Both experiences were excellent. Professional, courteous and do great work. Would strongly recommend then.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

This place is a fraud shop. Paid 110$ for their trip to come and diagnose the issue with a microwave that would not turn on. Technician comes, takes a look at the model and his only so called diagnosis was that this model has 6 boards and any of them could be faulty so I will have to replace them all which would cost 1000$+. I thought I was paying money for tech’s expertise to be able to open the appliance and figure out the faulty board so we could only replace the one that’s necessary and not spend a crazy amount of money on replacing everything but clearly they lacked the intent and/or technical expertise to do a proper diagnosis. I feel completely ripped off. Stay away from this place!

The service technician came out in a timely manner and was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. However, he didn't do any diagnostic work on my LG refrigerator. He assumed the compressor was bad but didn't bring a new one with him. Instead, he quoted me a price to replace it (and some other parts) that was 85% of the price of a new one.The next morning the refrigerator was working normally. Apparently, the evaporator coil had frozen (due to my wife's cleaning the unit) and needed a couple days to defrost. But the technician never considered that and charged me $100 for coming out and doing nothing.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

MCE Services is great! They came and fixed our ice maker, freeing us from the oppressive yoke of ice cube trays. Considering how satisfied we were with the quality of their work, we hired them to install a water filter for our kitchen sink (and thank god we did since there is NO way we would have figured that out!). Finally, when our washing machine wouldn't drain they came over and got it fixed (something about a timing switch), saving us from having to ring out our soggy clothes. They were very friendly, helpful and clean. Five Stars! We’ll certainly hire them again for any maintenance/repair needs!Services: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Mark, Connor, Cedric, and Rolland are very seasoned with appliance repair services. From speaking with the phone technician Lori and crissy to receiving outstanding and phenomenal services that delivered 5 star results on the appliance that's malfunctioning in many homes in different cities. I love the energy and response time MCE services delivered. Five stars is mot enough ✨️ This company deserves 10 stars ?. If you looking for high quality appliance repair at an affordable price then don't look anywhere else because MCE is ready and willing to explore your appliance problems and eliminate the problem with a permanent solution.
