Great experience at the Holly Springs location. Highly recommend Sabrina for facials and Jennifer for massages. Have seen both for several years and always pleased. Front desk staff is always courteous, professional and friendly.

This is one of those times you HAVE to pay attention to the reviews!! They have an F with the BBB.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE CRAP SHOW!! THEY’RE SO CALLED “MANAGER” KASEY/CASEY CAN’T MANAGE TO DO ANYTHING BUT BE EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN SPEAKING WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE SERVICES!!!If you read previous reviews the same thing has been mentioned over and over again. Especially involving this so say “manager” Casey! They ONLY care about taking your money and other than that you mean absolutely nothing to them! The fact that this many complaints have come through and still nothing is being done about the “management” shows the company doesn’t care!

Nothing really bad to say. Just also nothing super nice to say. The massage was good. The facial was even better. I guess I am spoiled by no chain practices. Missing the ambience, care and being catered too. Prices are not better enough to miss the add ones.

I have been going to ME for over 10 years for regular massages. It is part of my overall self wellness. I have found their massage therapists to be knowledgeable, caring, and skilled and always listen to what I need. They have helped me with many aches and pains ranging from mild to severe. This ME was no different. Left there feeling better.

I have been a customer of them for over a decade - mostly in other locations and love this place overall but this particular branch is not at all good. The service is awful and the customer service even worse. I have a very long story but hate to type so much but if you would want more details I have call logs and email of our extremely unprofessional conversations with management staff. Please do not get into a contract with them

Front desk staff is always friendly and booking is easy, they always have something that fits in my schedule. I get once a month facials and the products they use never irritate my ultra sensitive skin. Very clean and relaxing environment.

I purchased a one year membership OVER THE PHONE in November 2022. I PAID IN FULL at the time of purchase. I DID NOT sign any agreement, implied, or otherwise. The cancellation policy was never explained, because I would NEVER HAD AGREED to it.I DID NOT agree to this cancellation policy. My membership renewed WITHOUT MY CONSENT, or knowledge, and my credit card was charged.

I wish I could give this zero stars.I had an awful experience at the Holly Springs Massage Envy a couple of weeks ago. Here are some of the things I experienced that I found completely unacceptable:-I was taken back 10 minutes late for my appointment.-My appointment was at 7:30 pm. At the beginning of my session, I explained to the massage therapist exactly where my pain was (a very specific area of my neck and upper back) and she agreed to work exclusively on those areas instead of a full body massage. My neck pain was the SOLE reason I scheduled the appointment.-The massage was very mundane and monotonous. She massaged my right shoulder (which wasn't even the area that should have been targeted), then my left, then my right again and again on the left. (The same exact areas- twice each.) Then I turned over to my back and she rubbed the right side of my neck, then left, then back on the right and then left again. All the same strokes- and I'm not exaggerating when I say it is the same massage my husband would have given me. There was nothing creative or unique about this massage and it was not tailored to my needs at all. Not once did she even TOUCH the area that was causing me pain.-During our time together, the massage therapist burped and snorted and yawned repeatedly. In addition, she had a runny nose and instead of excusing herself to blow her nose (which would have been completely fine and appropriate), she instead sniffed and sucked her snot back in for at least the last 30 minutes of the massage. As I'm sure you can understand, the massage was not at all relaxing and the noises were nauseating and distracting.-When she finished, she said “ok, that’s a wrap for us” and told me to take my time getting dressed. I got dressed and opened the door, expecting her to greet me with a glass of water, ask me how I’m feeling, etc. Instead, she was nowhere to be found. I sat back down on the table for a minute and then stood in the doorway again. Finally, after 2-3 minutes, another massage therapist across the hall noticed me standing there and asked, “did you have a question or something for Laura?” I said “no, I just thought she was coming back.” He told me no she wasn’t and pointed to the end of the hall and said, “the exit is that way.” And that was that. I walked out to my car and Laura was nowhere to be seen. Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I paid in advance of my massage so I could walk right out to my car and head home afterwards. The massage was $113 and I tipped her $30. I wish I hadn't done that. In all actuality, I may not have tipped at all (which I have never done).-Perhaps the worst part of the experience, however, has been the lack of customer service. I’ve repeatedly emailed both corporate and the Holly Springs Massage Envy, explaining in detail my experience and requesting a full refund. After several days, I finally heard back from Casey at Holly Springs. Her idea of making up for this terrible experience was to offer me a massage at a discounted rate ($75) with a different person. I let her know that spending more money at Massage Envy was not a viable solution and it was not going to happen. I again requested a refund for services rendered. She emailed back and told me that she was sorry, but she was “not able to offer [me] a full refund at this time.” I emailed back and asked if she could explain why, but have not heard back.-I was refunded the $30 tip I left, but I am very disappointed in the lack of decent customer service and their unwillingness (not inability) to refund the $113 I paid for the massage.-Before posting this review, I read multiple other reviews and learned that they have many other unhappy customers for several different reasons. Unfortunately, the general consensus is that the company could care less about our feedback. But, I decided to write this review anyway because I think it’s important for people to know not just about the disappointing massage experience, but the complete lack of professionalism overall.

Poor service. Frequently cancel at the last minute at this location. They require you to give 24 hour notice but they don't reciprocate service even after waiting a month for a decent therapist. It's a waste of your money to become a member. You pay on time but they can't deliver the service you pay for. 11/9/23 canceled on me 2nd time in 2 weeks! Management has not followed up to improve customer service. Currently at 50% service delivery for my bookings. The manager called me and said there was nothing she could do. The assistant manager at least offered me an appointment but it was at 3:00 in the afternoon. I book in the evenings because I work during the day. I've been a loyal member for about 8 years. I continued to pay during COVID to support my community but they don't care about me as their customer. It was once a nice place but not anymore. Luckily I've found a reliable independent therapist. I'm just trying to use up some gift cards and credits before ending my membership. I expect to be hassled about that process based on other member's reports regarding their experience with the company.

Chelsea gave a wonderful massage. She was responsive to the particular issues I had, and I experienced tangible relief. The whole time was very relaxing, and she seemed to know just how much conversation was right for this introvert! Would definitely recommend her.

They were able to get me in same day. My masseuse was great. The sales process felt kind of pushy. I would have scored five stars for them if I didn’t have to say no to their monthly plan multiple times.

Obviously this crappo business cares about their lousy reviews just about as much as they care about everything else. Zip. Zilch. Nada! This place should be shut down by authorities. My next complaint will be to consumer protection. Continued to charge us for 2 years during COVID despite multiple attempts to stop auto drafts due to extended quarantine because of family risk factors. When they finally did stop, they provided no refund. To get any value from the thousands paid we had to stay on a minimum subscription and give away sessions in the form of gift certs for friends. Ridiculous. Dishonest. Extremely poor customer service! Incompetent. Stay away!

Been a member for over a year now. All.of the therapists have their own methods and focus, but they all do a great job at finding out what you want/need and then provide excellent therapy.The front facing staff have always been courteous and helpful changing appointments or therapists. The facilities are clean, well maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend this location of Massage Envy, but be prepared to wait a while for n appointment as they are always busy. Recommend calling to find out if there have been any cancelations in order to get in.

Drove 45 minutes to this location only to be denied my appointment. If the staff is going to blame the online booking system for the error in booking a therapist who could not do my massage- the staff should call and confirm details of the appointment/ health history prior to the appointment. With all of the appointments reminders and confirmation texts they requested I respond to, you'd think they'd do better to ensure their appointments are scheduled appropriately. What a waste of my time and gas. Extremely disappointed and will not be recommending this location to anyone.
