Today, I encountered unpleasant customer service and unneccessary attitude from one of staff members after I politely asked a question about markdowns on an item. Marshalls is a great plave to shop, but that just gave me the ick.

I shop at this Marshall’s frequently and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection although it can be hit or miss depending on what you are looking for.

I used to love shopping at my local Marshals in Holly Springs but ever since they put out the new floor plan it is too tight in the isles. The pet section is also smaller which is my first stop at the store

I ordered online last night and it was the wrong shoes I tried to correct it. And cancelled the lady told me that “oh I can’t cancel it. It is being process already.” This is crazy now I have to wait 5-10 days until the shoes comes then return it to Marshalls. Then I asked if she could help me locate a shoes that I wanted and direct me which location. She told me to call each location and find out myself. Ummm what a useless customer service online wow.
