My wife and I go here quite often. The quality is very good, we buy furniture (entryway table etc.) there as well. The staff, (especially Audrey) is so helpful and friendly. When there are sales, it's amazing how much you can save!

Audrey is hands down one of the most special people I have ever met. She greeted me at the front door and somehow managed to help me put together greenery and decor the entire time while also helping out others, all the way through the checkout process. When delivering come in from the AMC side of the building, as any other way with the tight turns you will have to go out and turn around. And come back. Very tight and you have to back against the wall to leave room for cars to pass.

It’s always a pleasure browsing through this store!! Today I purchased a cabinet that was on display and Victoria was so, so sweet and helped me get it to my car! She also let me know about an additional discount I was unaware of. Just genuinely such a pleasurable experience. Will definitely be back soon!!

Like the artistic touch and go there to add accents to the home. Not a great place for "needs". Love the atmosphere. Great selection of front door wreaths for any season. Good selection of tasteful paintings, vases, seasonal dress-up pieces.

The Holly Springs store is exceptional along with the staff! We had to return a tv stand with fireplace as it was too short in length. We did purchase again from Kirkland’s as I am obsessed. Brad went above and beyond to help my husband and I get it into the store. He carried it himself and was so nice in accepting the return. I felt bad enough having to bring a large item back. Just so impressed by his service. Also, Victoria is so friendly and helpful. I so appreciate their customer service!

Clean, bright and overstocked. Small aisles and too much in a small store. Almost flea market like, more crowded than Wal-Mart for merchandise.
