I have been going to this group for many, many years. Yesterday, I had another great experience. George was particularly helpful in getting several issues resolved. He communicated well with me and got everything taken care of within the estimated time. Great service and they care about their customers.

They fixed the nail in my tire for $30. I was due for state inspection, which they do, but their inspector wasn’t working that day. They encouraged me to go to the inspection shop next door while I waited for my appointment. Great service. I also got the odor treatment because I have kids and my car always smells gross because of the food they drop everywhere and it actually worked.

If you value fantastic customer service, go no further. Tried to buy tires from Pep Boys and wasted 4 hours of my life. Went to Just Tires and they had me sorted out in 10 minutes. Everyone there is knowledgeable and super friendly.

Jorge and Edwin are the best!! They took very GREAT care of me and my anxiety issues when it comes to my car. They explained everything to me, were very helpful, and most importantly had TOP NOTCH customer service!!! Thank you men for all you do!! I love JUST TIRES!!!

what a pleasant surprise. I have lived in holly springs for over ten years and have driven by this location hundreds of times yet never gave it a second thought. after getting a flat tire on my way to a customer meeting, I had very little to any time spare to fit in a tire swap or repair. I called the store and Dale understood my last minute issue. he told me to swing by and I was in and out the door in forty minutes. Dale was a very kind and reasonable person. I will definitely be visiting this business again. Highly recommend.

I had a bit of an emergency late one afternoon. I had a hole in my tire and I really needed it fixed that day. I went to Just Tires in Holly Springs NC and they helped me out in a big way. They were able to fix my tire in about an hour. I'm so grateful for their help. Thanks Just Tires. You gotta another customer for life.

Lori is awesome. She’s so friendly and really loves her job pleasing customers. She’s honest, friendly and really cares. I’ve been a customer for several years. I’m very happy with their services and prices. They care about the time it takes while customers wait. They offer bottled water and coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and has an area to plug your phone for charging. I had tires put on my car for the second at just tires. They are efficient and get things done in a timely manner. I was told both times it would take 1-1.5 hours from start to finish and it was complete both times in the time frame I was given. Thank you to the entire staff at Just Tires Holly Springs.

I’m sitting here in the waiting room while I’m writing this review. I called yesterday to get four sensors installed on my truck. I was told it would take 30 minutes max. I’ve been waiting for an 1h45min.
I scheduled an appointment so that I wouldn’t have to deal with this. They told me that it’s hot so the guys aren’t working as fast. lol.
I’m watching the guys here running around in the install bay and playing while my kid is waiting to get picked up at school. Not coming back.
