ZERO STARS, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!I’ve been a Great Clips customer for years, but that all changed yesterday. After growing my hair out, I needed a trim. I went in and explained in detail how I wanted my hair cut. I wanted long layers, and to keep the length of my hair. And I didn’t want the layers above my chest. It was down to my lower back, and I just wanted to have it freshened up. The stylist began sectioning my hair and showed me what she was going to cut off. She showed me about an inch and a half of hair. I said you can take a little more, 2 inches is fine. She began cutting my hair and I couldn’t fully see what she was cutting off. Most of the cut was done behind the chair because my hair is so long. She handed me the mirror and said while I still had the cape on and from the what I could see at the time the cut was fine. But when she took it off and I stood up my hair was so short. She cut all of my hair to armpit/chest level. I wanted to freak out and cry, but I paid and left. When I got home, I really got a good look at the cut and it was worse than I realized. It’s very uneven. I cannot believe that the woman that cut my hair has a license to cut hair. In the one picture, I’m holding my hand to where my hair was before the cut. I cannot believe that she cut 8-10” off my hair when I asked for a trim.

I would not return to this place. 19 dollars for a hair cut and a lousy job not worth it. Stylist did not clean tools between customers. It was uneven cut. That's it for me.
