I used to love coming here. Now, the place is super dirty. Much of the clothing is either unwashed, falling apart, permanently stained, torn, and/or eaten by moths. Picked up a pair of pants to try on that were full of dried blood and other bodily fluids and decided I was done. The markups on the clothes and jackets are absurd, and the prices for the home goods and furniture are crazy! $1 for a CD also seems a little nuts. My days of coming here are done.

The front-desk lady is unfriendly and lacks customer service skills on top of rudeness. No bags were provided for my clothes that I’ve purchased. Sorry, I'll spend elsewhere. You should shop here if you appreciate unpleasant treatment.

It was my first time being here, and I asked to use the bathroom and the girl that took me to the back to use. The bathroom was rude acting like I was gonna steal some thing telling the other girl in the back to watch me over and over and over right in front of me when I didn’t have nothing with me I just needed to use the bathroom. I definitely will not be coming back there again need better people that are more polite and welcoming!!!!

Do not go to this goodwill. Miss Erica is the rudest customer service worker I’ve ever encountered. She will give you dirty looks, be rude when checking out and even abandon the check out desk with a line forming. 0/10 do not recommend.

I’ve found a lot of great pieces here but the organization is chaos. It took me staying for a while to find the good stuff. Cant speak for all staff but whoever was working the register today was unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure if she was a friend or a customer but a woman kept coming in and out of the store interrupting my transaction and literally standing over my clothes and the cashier just ignored me to talk to her? She also snatched my card out of my hand when I handed it to her. Usually favor this location but not sure if I’ll be coming if my transactions are gonna keep looking like this.

Very drab location with very drab, basic clothing. No special items. Hardly any dressy stuff for a night out. The best brands you might find are a couple Banana Republic shirts. There are no signs organizing any sections or signs. I will not return to this location.It was clean and uncluttered, though.

I have been in several Goodwill in different states and this is one of the most organized and clean stores. I am super impressed. People that work here take good care of this store. Plus, is not fuel of garbage. I found a nice leather jacket for only $9.99 and it is in excellent condition.
