I needed a pretty good size print job done in a pinch today...so I went here ( store is inside Walmart). Brandon helped me. He was patient, courteous, and instructed me how to send him an email with my attached documents. This young man knows the job very well! Thanks again Brandon!!

Completely inadequate 3rd rated delivery service.. Package is delivered and a picture of "BOX" is uploaded. Isn't a picture capable self explanatory and worth a thousand words!! Not pictures taken by FEXEX drivers in Holly springs. Called to request to have the driver or location confirmed, the address was correct!! Where did the driver go. 9Am and you can find out where the driver went!! Because it wasnt at the delivery Address!! Had to cancel my Internet service order due to this. This post is for the Case Or claim agent at FedEx that calls me 7 Days later!!! To tell me the package was delivered 7 Days ago and will now close the case!!! I can only imagine the hard work put into trying to locate the box in the picture! IF YOUR GOING TO UPLOAD A PICTURE AT LEAST SHOW THE DOOR OR NUMBER ON THE DOOR WHERE YOU KEFT IT!!!! Why don't FedEx just get UBER drivers to deliver they have really advanced?? GPS technology!!!

I needed to print one photo. I was told they didn't have photo quality paper. Only copy quality paper. I guess I need to drive all the way back to Cary to get this job done, because I was just there yesterday for the exact same thing.

I agree with the other people that left awesome reviews regarding this place and the Manager (Mr. Casey if I'm not mistaken). His customer service was superb! He was very patient with every customer and made sure to acknowledge everyone as they came in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and tried to help customers get the most bang for their buck depending on their needs (and who wouldn't want that)!I highly recommend this store and hope that everyone who goes there has the same awesome experience that I did.

Ship 10 Sep 2020. No delivery nor return to sender after 70 days. Barbados wanted 250% customs tax. Contrary to their online range 5-60%. This was for a US $102 watch. And FedEx international provides counsel to the receiving countries. After 14 calls, FedEx continues to be unable to return my shipment. Think REAL hard who you ship with, where, and why. Though escalated, an exceptional disappointment in performing the very basics of shipping.

First, they are inside Walmart. Google maps wasn't clear with that. They are closed! No answer at the phone #. No signs.
