2 stars only because the employee, Hailey, was kind. I recently moved here from out of state and needed to get a prescription of compression stockings filled. I had the prescription, chart notes faxed, insurance info, demographics, and anything else they needed but was never able to get the stockings or have any information or communication on whats next. I called several times (4-6 times) and was constantly told I was missing something. When I told them I had already provided that, they would apologize and tell me they are short staffed and then they would find what they originally said I was missing. I even called my doctor and she said they provided them everything they needed! It was so much back and forth and confusion on their end and they would never follow up with me! I had to call them every time and check in. Eventually, it got to be more of a headache than what its worth. My doctor recommended going elsewhere, which I did and I got them in ONE DAY! It was a big headache working with them and I wouldn't recommend. Hailey was kind with her words, but her work wasn't efficient. They need to prioritize communication and organization. I'd go elsewhere for something like compression stockings.

We worked with Dressen on 2 different occasions this year, once for our mom who needed home care equipment and then for our dad who needed a new bed in his assisted living facility. In both cases, Dressen did an amazing job. Kind, knowledgable and professional. While you can buy many items online, I encourage people to work with this company instead. They helped guide us in our choices and actually saved us some money by making a few changes. Thank you to everyone at Dressen Medical Supply.

Superb service from Dressen MedicalI have been a client of Dressen medical for several years. I want to describe the outstanding service that I received from Mr. Dressen recently.Over the last several years I have accumulated several walkers. A few days ago, the walker I use most broke catastrophically. I called Mr. Dressen. He came over later that same day with a walker I could rent temporarily, While he was here he spent over an hour using parts from another walker to repair the walker that broke. He was glad to spend the time needed to fully repair it.I am very very happy to document the excellent service provided by Mr. Dressen and his staff, and happy torecommend using this company.

The wheelchair that was ordered for my mother came with add-ons that I did not know about, and that were not covered by Medicare. I found out that I had to purchase these add-ons *nine months* after the wheelchair was delivered. Also, their invoices often don't include payments made since the previous invoice, so it's easy to overpay Dressen if you don't pay attention. I would look elsewhere for medical supplies next time.

I have used Dressen a few times over the years for my mother and a friend. They have always gone above and beyond. All the equipment that they have provided has been in great working order and they will help getting parts for equipment they don't carry if they can. They are a top notch company and I highly recommend them.

My mom needed a wheelchair and had a difficult time finding one to meet her needs. Everyone at Dressen Medical Supply was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient and went out of their way to make the process easier for us.

We chose Dressen Medical at the recommendation from our Dr. Mr. Dressen, Cadice, and others at the office, went out of their way to get what was needed for my husband, who has atypical Parkinson’s. Mr. Dressen is highly knowledgeable about the wording needed on Medicare forms, and worked with our PT and our dr to get the exact equipment he needed. He came to our home to measure my husband for his custom wheelchair, had it delivered to our home when it was ready, and has sent a service tech to our home to adjust it when we needed that done. Cadice is pleasant, a real people person, and highly effective at the front desk. She even brought equipment to our home. We won’t be doing business with anyone other than the fine folks at Dressen Medical in Holly Springs.

Ed and his team have always been accomodating for my cpap supplies. Highly recommend them for any needs. They are very responsive and have great customer service.

My 2yr old son was diagnosed with atypical bilateral clubfoot . Hes been in a total of 26 full length cast on both legs. His relapse and prep for surgery this month has been difficult. Edwards and the store manager not only accominaded our needs with a toddler Walker but even gave our son a small teddy. Hes now running in his cast with his Walker. Mind you they made this all happen in LESS THAN 5 days. You've made our difclut time so much easier. We can NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH for your professionalism and quickness

My insurance paid for a breast pump and said Dressen was a place within my network where I could get it. I picked up the breast pump, First time I tried to use it, it didn’t work. Called Dressen and they told me to bring it back and they would exchange it. We took it back, they said they couldn’t exchange it, would talk to Me. Dressen and call me back. A week later, no call back so I called. Was told I had to contact the pump maker. Meanwhile I had To rent a pump out of pocket. Also, they charged my insurance for the pump and then told me I had to pay another $115 to cover what the insurance didn’t cover. Got my EOB and it shows I shouldn’t have paid them anything. Called the insurance company who confirmed Dressen was in network and they should not have collected any additional funds from me. Dressen is dishonest, crooks, and don’t stand by their products. Hope they go out of business soon. I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance company to have them removed from the network.
