I ordered flowers for delivery. The person I sent them to said they didn't get them. I called Larry (took four calls to get a hold of him). He said he did deliver them. I called recepient back to check porch, back door, etc. Nothing. Took another three calls over two days, could not get a hold of anybody so I ordered from a real florist called Blossom Shop who delivered within two hours. Called Larry back a couple more times, finally got a hold of him, told him what I did and said I needed this refunded. He got mad at me, didn't deny the flowers weren't delivered and told me never to call him again. Looking at the last five reviews, I guess this is not surprising.

Very unsatisfied. He quoted one price and when charges came in it was double what he said. Also the arrangement look like my grandson made it. I called but he blocked my phone number. Will never use again.

I will not be using this flower shop again. I spoke to the nice gentleman on the phone and put in my order. I gave him a very specific range that I would like to spend. He ended up charging me over the agreed upon range. When I called to address the issue, after telling them that the arrangement was beautiful, but since they charged me higher than what I agreed to I would not be using their services again, the gentlemen's attitude swiftly changed and he became rude and hung up on me. If you use this flower shop, make sure that when giving the price expectations that you communicate that you don't want the total to be over a specific amount.

Ordered flowers for a Friend from Larry, the owner at Dewar’s Florist. I was specific about wanting Gerbera Daisies. He said he would have fresh ones in on Wednesday. He did not deliver what I ordered. He did not send me a screen shot of the flowers before delivering, as I asked him to do because this was the first time I had ordered from him. I live out of state. He did not call the recipient with thephone number I provided, but instead left her flowers outside in a pot on thefront porch. Didn’t even ring the doorbell and then yelled at me when I questioned him. Bouquet that was delivered was not what I ordered. Recipient sent me a picture of the flowers. It was a very poor representation of what I paid for. Will not order from Larry again.

I was highly disappointed with the flowers I received. It was actually a spray with a semi truck. The flowers were…where were the flowers? For the money we paid, I expected more. And no, I would not recommend them. Thank goodness we ordered another arrangement from the Blossom Florist. SMH..not the way to send off a loved one.

5 stars doesn't feel like enough!! Larry, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. He provided several great ideas for bouquets as I wasn't sure where to start. I'm so glad I decided to use Dewar's! If you're in Holly Springs, don't go anywhere else!

Has messed up deliveries twice. I offered to pick up my arrangement and no one is in. The sign said back at 12 when we agreed on an 11 am pickup at 9 am this morning! So frustrating!

Stupendous heart and soul. I called just a bit before closing, long after cut-off time for same day delivery. The owner delivered on her way home after work. Plus the flower arrangement was way above what I paid for. These were the only flowers delivered that day to grieving family. It meant a great deal to them.

I'd give no stars if possible! Absolutely disappointed- will NEVER use them again. My husband sent me white roses for our anniversary on 12/31 - today is 01/02, all flowers are fully opened, petals are falling off and some are already dead. When I called, the gentleman told me white roses have a 2 day shelf-life. That is an absolute lie, my husband has been buying me white roses for 17 yrs they have never died in 2 days.

I live in Western NC and placed an order thru Dewar's for a special order and delivery for my sister all by phone. Very friendly service, beautiful flowers, reasonable prices and precisely what I ordered!! I am very pleased and highly recommend!!
