Worst customer service CVS I have ever been to. The lady at the register does her job like someone is forcing her to..no smile no greeting. I had raised my concern about the poor customer service of this location to the manager once, but no use.

This CVS pharmacy location is literally the WORST. They are SO rude any time you call them with legitimate questions. Medications are often on "backorder" or not in stock. In person they treat you like an inconvenience as well. Go to Walmart or a different location. They are just unhappy and rude individuals.

The pharmacy cashier is wonderful. The pharmacist(s) are rude, disrespectful and downright terrible. My order was filled incorrectly twice and whilst I was there with plenty of time to refill the order correctly before their lunch. They informed me the pharmacist was not willing to do so. I am not sure what high horse she was on , nor do I care who she thinks she is (the pharmacist on duty on Saturday 16-September) was downright wrong and came across pretentious. Shame on you Ms. Pharmacist you do not treat your elders, nor your customers like you did. Learn to value your customers, or maybe you are too important and don’t think you have to do so. Shame on you!!

Let me just first start off by saying that this has nothing to do and no reflection by any means of anybody in the pharmacy. I like to go in here as a convenience when I need to send money with Capital One 360 since there are no freaking mortar stores within 100 miles of me. The first few times that I did it I never had a problem whatsoever gave them the barcode clicky click there we go. But the last three times that I've been there the incompetence, total disrespect, and blatant disregard for customer service not only towards me but towards my wife is completely unacceptable. The female manager that works there either needs a talking to or a new line of work because she was cussing and then being disrespectful towards her co-worker who was the older gentleman trying to help my wife. When they found out what my wife needed they told her straight to her face we can't do it.Fast forward to this morning I go in there in the same gentleman is there as there was last night and he lied to my face multiple times saying he didn't work last night. Oh but then all the sudden he remembers and he said yes it was down a little bit in the early day so we just didn't try it anymore. I said so my wife asked you to do this and you flat out told her no you wouldn't. It wasn't so much that he couldn't it's so much that he wouldn't and that to me is a slap in the face to any customer that comes in to any establishment for anything that they need. The lady next to him kept interjecting into our conversation raising her voice at me which in turn had me raise my voice and made for a very unpleasant scene for all of the people that were in the store at the time. Can't say I'll be back again in a CVS anytime soon. When you train your employees make sure that they're actually trained to do all the aspects of their job not just the ones are comfortable doing!!

I picked up my medications this morning, the older women who checked me out was very rude. She threw my meds on the table instead of handing them to me. I couldn't believe what I saw, I remained calm because I waswith my son, one word for you older lady, your actions of unkindness will not take you anywhere you are throwing your blessings out the window, with that behavior at your age ?? think twice and repent.

Rude staff in the pharmacy area. Absolutely rude on more than one occasion. Too many mistakes made on their account. The notifications you receive on your medication are inaccurate because they always say it’s either not ready or they don’t show it in their system. When clearly the pharmacy sends you the notification. DO NOT recommend this location of CVS.

We’ve always had a positive outcome with this CVS pharmacy location. They’ll even let us know when something can’t be filled at that location AND tell us which location has the medication. Pharmacies are always overworked. These folks handle it very well.

This store is awful. They have mis counted pills. Currently out of certian generic drugs. Cannot seem to stop texts from their own system. Constantly text doctor to change prescriptions. It would be easier to buy drugs out on the street and get better service then go here.I think Holly Springs would be better off if they demolished this CVS location and put in a coolaid stand.FYI I've been a customer for six years and I'm finally moving on.
