They worked all day replaced a bolt and reinstalled a control arm to align my van but couldn't get the alignment perfect because my van was so big , so they didn't charge me and this saint said to me we don't do that kind of thing here if I can't make it right then I won't charge. Super duper duper duper good people there I really can't say enough how awesome that was

Recently got all new 37” all terrains installed. The guys had me in and out really quick, and staff was as nice as can be. These people have all my tire business from here on out!

These guys are awesome. I bought a car from out of town dealer (DO NOT EVER DO THIS). I brought my car to Carrolls to have a full check of this car. The answers I received were terrible, but the service, kindness and explanations I received will help me move in to the next stage with this car. I trust them implicitly. You can’t lose with these Carrolls.

We started going here when we moved to the area. They are easy to schedule any maintenance such as oil changes. We usually ask for the latest appointment to avoid work conflicts and they have us in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change. Wifi is available if you need to work in the back lounge area. It would be nice to offer Lyft like other places but I know those are rare in this area.

This is the place to go if you want your wheels to fall off when you are going down the road and then they will have every excuse in the book of how it's your fault even though it was a brand new trailer, and the wheel that fell off is the only wheel that was ever removed and it was removed by Carol's then it fell off!! Go to fire stone if you want quality service

Absolutly amazing service! Came here a few times already but most recently with a timing belt a water pump replacement. They do amazing work and my car is running great. They are very accommodating after needing to reschedule. Absolutely will come again for all my mechanics needs!

I brought my vehicle in for a alignment and oil change. They had everything completed with my car in the exact amount of time they said it would take. My invoice was about 20% cheaper compared to taking it to a local vehicle service chain. Their prices are very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. I highly recommend.
