Unprofessional hiring managementI applied for a position thinking that they would give me a call or an email regarding my application… these guys thought I wanted to hire them for a job…Not a big deal right? They proceed to text ( not even call ) me various questions that I responded well to and quickly. I wouldn’t get a reply for hours if not the next day all within a span of 3-4 days for them to not return texts & waste my time. Seems like they didn’t want to pay what I asked for ( 17.50 which is reasonable based on my experience, regular workers earn 15 at most 20 ) which is fine but no negotiation? I didn’t even get a single text back saying yes or no. My 2 stars are based off their lack of communication & unprofessionalism, paint might look good but it seems like the workers are getting low balled, can’t work for a stingy company ??♂️ no room for growth.Save yourself time, DONT apply to work here.

Alex and his crew were amazing. Quick estimate done which I immediately agreed to. They showed up on time and I had no worries leaving them to paint while I was at work. We hired Bianco Painting to paint our laundry room and my daughters bedroom. The ceilings needed to be painted in addition to the walls. A team of 2 guys were able to get both rooms done in half a day which was very convenient for us. The pricing was competitive and Alex was very easy to talk to and willing to listen to any concerns that we may have had. No mess was left behind and we were overall very pleased with the work. We will definitely hire Bianco Painting again in the future for any painting needs that we may have and would recommend to friends and neighbors.Service: Interior painting

The pages did a good job with the walls but the cleanup was extremely poor. I text and emailed the owner and he was unresponsive. When he finally responded he wanted pictures instead of going and looking at it himself. I find this very concerning and unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone if he is not attentive to his clients
