“I had a flat tire just down the road from their business and my vehicle does not carry a spare tire let alone a jack and lug wrench. While I waited at their shop for AAA to return my call, they went to my vehicle, brought the tire back, patched it, went back to install the tire and brought my car back to their shop. “We had a very good experience with Gerber Collision Holly Spring, we had deer hit and good amount of frontal damage. Gerber Collision was silver lining in this incident. The communication and level of service was very good. Working with Liz Mendez , who helped in the initial appointment setup and other needs was very reliable and cooperative. “I arrived first thing on Saturday morning for an oil change and inspection. Greeted professionally, I was told it would take about 30 minutes. True to this, it was ready. They did not try to oversell anything but informed me that a few things (brake pads) would need to be replaced within a year.
I normally take the car to Lexus for service but this saved me well over $200 and done in a fraction of time. Plus, it was tremendously convenient.”

“For my second time at 55 auto, I can say that I am pleased overall. This time was a routine oil change- they helped me coordinate with fidelity to claim warranty money, which was appreciated. Their inspection uncovered low tire treads and an unbalanced 4th tire. Given two options, I selected the cheaper option of tire replacement (all 4). The ride on my BMW was noisy and “off” before these upgrades, but I can gladly say the ride is super smooth now. No, you’re not going to pay less than $1000 for all these improvements anywhere, so gear up to open your pockets, but trust that the work being done is high quality. Returning customer…”
